Aruba S.p.A. Fibra is, without a doubt, the worst service provider I have ever encountered. My nightmare began when I paid for their service on 25/05/2024, expecting a smooth installation. However, after months of waiting, nothing went according to plan.
On 01/07/2024, the technicians finally arrived, two hours late, and spent the next two hours accomplishing nothing. They left without completing the installation and never provided an explanation. My subsequent attempts to get clarity were met with silence.
When I asked about technical details regarding their equipment, the support team was shockingly clueless, forcing me to educate them on basic networking concepts and their ignorance regarding compatible hardware was beyond frustrating.
Then they come second time and did nothing.
And the third appointment fast forward to 10/08/2024, another scheduled appointment between 11:30 and 13:30 – and guess what? No one showed up, no communication, nothing. It's clear that this company cannot manage their technicians or provide reliable service.
More than 2 months they are promising me that they care and they were working really hard to provide an internet. But of course it is a lie.
To anyone considering Aruba S.p.A. Fibra, I urge you to reconsider. They are slow, incompetent, and utterly unprofessional. Two months later, I still don’t have internet, and the stress and frustration they’ve caused are indescribable.
Stay away from this company if you value your time, money, and sanity.

In the initial phase Aruba acts as an intermediary with the infrastructure owner Open Fiber, which manages the activations directly. As far as it was within our competence, we did our best to ensure that the line was activated, regularly interfacing with the supplier through specific notifications in order to alert him about the urgency of his case and at the same time we tried to do our best to assist you, keeping you constantly informed.
We would like to emphasise that for Aruba customer satisfaction is a primary objective and we treasure your feedback in order to work on improving the service provided.

I needed support on the phone because naviagting the text guides was frustrating and difficult for me and I received excellent and kind support from all the assistants and operators I encountered. The red tape and bureaucracy was horrendous, but of no fault of the company, while the people were kind, patient, professional and techinacclly proficient. Thank you so much people at Aruba ... :)

Aruba is not for "regular people"
Aruba is an OK service, but about login and structure in very confusing, if you get all the Services from them, like for example pec, PEC, SPID and electronic invoice, you'll have two different account, plus you can not log in with your pec-email, need to use the generated email,...well I find it very annoying and confusing.
Like today, Aruba let me log in to the customer's aera but I can not log in to the email, I should be able to log it ones and do everything from there...
Probably for professionals is a perfect tool, but not for "regular customers" and has not a first sight use.
