Ordered from this site a few times, products have been great and normally it’s with me within a week or so.
One of the products I ordered was out of stock but this was communicated to me via Instagram and money refunded for the item within a few days.

This website is a scam I ordered a pair of earrings back in March and never recieved them. When I messaged the site they shifted blame onto the courier and said I’d get a refund but never did. I messaged them several times after asking when I would recieve my refund and they evaded the question Everytime then started ignoring me! I still haven’t gotten a refund and it’s been 6 months and after sending them an email expressing my anger they blocked me on Instagram! Don’t buy from this site they are awful and unprofessional

They have the worst customer service in the entire world. Lost my money and never received the product. They simply don’t care and blame the post services for their failure!
Nobody replayed to my emails and via instagrams whoever replies the messages is extremely rude!
Awful customer service waiting for my order now over 5 weeks. Then they tell me apparently ‘it’s tried to have been delivered’ yet no email/note in my door NOTHING to tell me this and the Instagram account just tells me to email them ‘asap’ have done that. No answer DEFO wouldn’t buy again items are over priced anyway
