Got caught out with this scam on Facebook ad for Kmart sale.
Paid $66.20 for items I guess I won't get after looking into it.
Have notified my bank so now I've gotta get a new card and have closed that account so they can't access my bank account.😡😡😡😡😡
THEY ALSO HAVE NO EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT THEM OVER IT AS THATS WHAT MY BANK HAS TOLD ME TO DO SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK !!!!

Turned out to be a scam they've taken my money I have not received any items as yet

Ordered x2 dog car seat covers $100. & have received nothing.. no tracking email nothing 😕

A complete fraudulent website. Ordered from them and didn't get anything, they only took the money.

Ordered on 24 December from eu clothing when payment was taken by Bp Artsy and items have not been shipped. No replies to emails.

I ordered items on 11/11/23 and am still waiting. How ever I believe I have been scammed. I did receive an email confirmation but then the email with tracking disappeared.

My purchase Sept 2021, arrived in October 2021.
Missing parts and equipment. Glue, scissors even paper.

Following verbatim returns policy and filing dispute with PayPal…whom ruled in my favour a month later.

Now avoid any sales or offers on social media. Always fully investigate others to limit losses.

My review is same as all others. I bought 6 items, one of them wrong item sent. I have sent at least 5 emails. Cannot get a response to get the correct item. Cannot get a response to send instructions. I spent almost $75 and have 6 kits that are unusable. Total SCAM!

I purchased 3 kits as Christmas gifts and they were a waste of money as I can't gift them. Each 'kit' was rolled up in a plastic bag, they weren't in boxes as shown on the website. The kits were missing glue, scissors and most importantly, instructions. Please don't waste your money buying from this seller, spend a little extra and use a more reputable brand. Very disappointing and I've had no response to the emails I've sent them asking for resolution.

DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE, no instructions, no pictures, no boxes as advertised, now they want them returned at my cost to China from the UK and they will refund, now doing battle with PayPal to get a refund

Did not provide instructions, no glue in packet. Poor responses via email providing an image of the incorrect product, etc. Do NOT use this website, if you have get a refund via PayPal.

Same as everyone else. So looking forward to working on this project only to find no instructions, glue, scissors. Very disappointed. Total waste of money! I too wish I would have read reviews before purchase!

I have been sent string art which is much smaller than described. I have tried to contact them with no response at all.

No instructions, paper does not stay in place waste of time and money. Just high level of frustration.

My order never turned up, I contacted them and they assured me they would resend it to me. Guess what, they didn’t. Despite several emails to them they are now not responding. They took my money quick enough.
Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered kit like many others finally received it only yo find, no glue no scissors and no instructions, I emailed them and they sent me pictures of a bird with the colors only problem is the bird is not the same as the one I received, have emailed them twice since still with no reply, today i saw on Facebook all the comments of how great they are to deal with and their service is great.

Zero instructions, Refund policy dictates return and only partial refunds, despite not being at fault. Breaking many U.K. and international laws.

Breaches every consumer right just by denying full refunds.

Arrived in reasonable time, ordered 23 September 2021, arrived 11th October 2021. Not boxed, crushed in poly bags.

Everything smells horrible, pungent chemical smell, plus no promised equipment…. Supplies, Paper strips, scissors, glue or instructions despite site promises.

To include with each Complete Tool Kit: The package contains EVA pattern board, Paper strips (missing), Glue applicator, Tweezers, Awls, Scissors (missing), and Instructions(missing). Let's be creative with the easy and professional paper filigree painting Kit. No sign of 40ml of white glue either.

Contacted seller. Not expecting favourable response based on reviews of site and lies already made about products sold.

Followed Facebook link, to purchase. Reported to Facebook too.
