Never been there but saw enough, disgusting attitude and name trashing will not take them far 👎🏼
I've made a number of purchases from Art of Play in the past and have generally been satisfied, although they tend to be overpriced and have high shipping costs. But I recently bought a "Mystery Bag" from them and they shipped me an item I had already purchased from them, which completely misses the idea of a mystery box or bag. They then refused to do a return, saying all sales are final. I will not be trusting them with my business again.
