Not helpful at all once you bought the thing
Buyer beware - terrible company. Ordered a £8000 hot tub in January, communication was excellent, helpful, professional. Website is legit and a proper invoice was issued. Delivery agreed for mid-feb after electrical and ground work completed. Communication remained good until delivery date, when suddenly there were problems and it had to be rescheduled. The second delivery date was also missed for a different reason. Trying to arrange a third delivery date, communication just stopped. No email responses, not answering the phone. It's now a week later and I've heard nothing. Working with my credit card company to reverse charge the money now. AVOID
