I am absolutely discusted. Some buses go straight past when there is obviously room. Some buses drive straight past the school stop. Many times the bus does not show at all. I have little faith. They are so bad that when my son does his GCSE'S l am going to drive him to school myself, even though he has a bus pass and the petrol prices are going up.

Service 302 for Hatfield from Marlowes is sometimes here or not. I’ve been getting the buses for a few months and every 3 ish weeks the bus just doesn’t show up and I have to wait for the next one. Ridiculous honestly

Terrible, I waited more than 40 minutes for the bus to come and then another 20 minutes if not more for the driver to actually start letting people in and to drive, and this has happend 6 times in the past 3 months.

Consistent in being late, cancelled or delayed. I’m currently waiting on a bus home from work, I bought a ticket on the app and because it expired due to cancelled buses I was forced to buy another ticket, this exact scenario has happened countless times. S*** show to put it lightly

Half of the time buses simply don’t arrive. On the rare occasions they do they arrive late. Nine times out of ten the drivers are rude. How they make money as a company is beyond me.

Arriva really need to get their act together. The app does not reflect the bus times and even the timetable can be wrong on times or does not reflect the app. They do not adjust the timetable for traffic, buses are often cancelled or show on the app as coming and DO NOT APPEAR. The monitors are not rotating so you never know if the bus is cancelled or delayed. Usually lovely drivers but the worst service of any bus company in visiting 40 plus countries. Shameful. The 725 is an excellent addition in Herts but even that is not on time any more or does not turn up! The 321 from St Albans ( despite having service every 15 minutes) have constant late departures and in a single day I counted 22 late departures on all the services. The 20 in Watford is also unreliable and frequently cancelled. They should be taken over by another company. Where did all the money go when Garston bus garage was sold?

I got on the 62 bus and asked for 2 my tickets for me and my brother and the driver proceeded to tell me i can’t have a my ticket because i was over 18 which i am not and she refused to give me one and i showed her my provisional ID with my age on it and she still was telling me that you had to be 18 to get a driving licence which you do not you can be as young as 15 and 9 months she was so rude and was telling me my own age even after i showed her my ID.

Why do all your electric buses in Leicester constantly blow out cold air inside the bus as opposed to heating. They are bitterly cold on bad days and make the journey somewhat unpleasant

You may aswel just walk to your destination than take a bus with arriva, for the past couple weeks the bus it set to arrive at 20 past 9, but hasnt even left the station till 20 till 10.
Unless the bus driver have undergone a labotimy and lost there frontal lobe, i dont know how they can possibly be 40 mins late or early, bipolar ahh bus company
