Aromaroma UK Reviews

Next day delivery great work guys will use again

Was worried after reading the last couple of reviews here but had a seamless experience. Quick delivery. Would use again. Thank you

Very poor sarcastic customer service! I purchased a few items in this shop. Customer service made me go somewhere, my money my call!

Original order was short of 1 bottle of Amsterdam ultra strong, sent email about shortfall, within 3hrs had response and apology and would receive it in the post. Arrived today. Professional response and great to see in this day and age.
I will definately be buying again, 5 stars well deserved

Very good price and fast delivery, I recommend👌

Really good price and great product, Never had a problem using this website.

Placed older after verification of various online stores for poppers. Aromaroma offers a good range of products at attractive prices. Fast shipping after placing older, just like described. Definitely going to recommend.

Very good price for the liquids ,
I got products fast deliver after placing my order and all products was in good condition - no damage
I will definitely use aromaroma again!

Very reliable and friendly team. The products are the best and the prices are very competitive. It’s the cheapest place to shop poppers.

Been shopping here for years and I definitely recommend this store. 😊👍👍👍👍❤️

I use this company all the time and can’t fault them. Delivery is always the following day and prices are good.

Big selection at reasonable prices. Fast delivery.

Delivery was very fast, I placed my order at 4pm and it was delivered next day. It came well packed in plain packaging & they worked brilliantly. I will definitely order again from this company

Amazing service, got it next day.

Terrible. I ordered some liquid gold 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them. Emailed them and the guy said wait another 2 weeks before he could resolve the issue. Apparently their terms and conditions state you must wait 28 days before they can open a case. I contacted my credit card company instead and they refunded my money. Worst company ever.

I ordered, poppers, there still not here 9 days later! I've called, the man sounded foreign, and put the phone down on me, whilst complain_ing. He sent me an email, saying 80% of our orders arrive..
I asked what happens to the other 20%??? - No reply!
so searched, the email starts with dave... He didn't sound like a 'Dave'
I think, they don't care about us the customer, just, profit is everything!

STAY AWAy, from aromaroma!!
They want money, (profit) rather than looking after their customers
there are other companies avaliable!! For your poppers x
