Excellent belts made to order from top quality leather, with which I use my existing buckle. I ordered one in black, then ordered another quickly in brown as they'd added a 'closing down due to retirement' notice to their website.

I ordered a card wallet for my husband for Christmas. However, it did not suit his needs so I asked if it could be returned and replaced by a purse for my own use. I returned the wallet and received the purse within a few days. The quality of both items is excellent and I am delighted with the purse. Excellent customer service and I will definitely use Arnold Leather Goods again in the future.

I needed a new A5 organiser as the mechanism on my old one had collapsed. Came across Arnold Leather and I initially thought it was a scam as the products were so cheap.
But nothing ventured, nothing gained so I ordered an organiser in black with an orange interior. Turned up three days later and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. For £15 it's a steal - and it has 30mm rings rather than the usual 25mm.

Looking for a decent man’s belt and came across Arnold’s Leathers online. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent to me but a phone call ( which was answered promptly) resolved the issue. Correct item received plus cost of additional postage for returning incorrect belt. Excellent service . The belt is a Christmas present so I can’t comment any further but it looks substantial and well made. Definitely a company I will use again.

I initially ordered two 34mm belts incorrectly. Having spoken to Miriam, i ordered two replacements which she had made and shipped to me the very same day, which i received the following day.

The service and courtesy shown by Miriam was nothing short of superb.

The belts themselves are great quality and very sturdy. You honestly don't need to worry about purchasing belts from Arnold Leather as they really are excellent quality and value. No need to pay the £100+ quoted on a lot of web sites.

10 years ago I bought 2 leather belts which are still as good as new. Expanding waist required longer belts which are just the same excellent quality. I changed my mind about one colour and this was replaced without delivery charge.

For many years I’ve been regularly buying fairly high priced so-called ‘leather' belts and all of them, without fail, seem to end up delaminated, ragged or falling apart in some way. Until, that is, I found this excellent company. These belts are very well made and made of proper leather. Old fashioned but in a good way and seemingly made to last.

I am so pleased to have found Arnold&Arnold co.Limited on line as my husband wanted a solid all leather belt, this company obliged him by making a belt the size he required.We ordered a black and brown delivered within two days absolutely top quality.

I have ordered from this family run business previously and have found the quality of the leather belts I have bought from them to be second to none. High quality hide is used in the manufacture of the belts and the customer has a good choice of leather colour and buckle choice.

Communications are good and delivery is prompt when they are not at trade shows. If they are at trade shows then the sending of the goods you ordered can be delayed. This is usually in the summer months so bear this in mind when ordering and leave plenty of time before you need the item/s. Worth the wait though, should you have to, although it would be a nice touch if there were some communications to let the customer know that there may be a slight delay to fulfilling the order as they are all at a trade show.

Also when you order items there is no facility to set up an account and I have always had to order as a guest. This means you cannot track the order process or see what you have ordered in the past.

I like the products they sell and I like to purchase high quality items from small family run businesses, but ultimately I like to receive my orders promptly and to be kept in the loop as to where and what's happening to these ordered items. Having said that I am happy to continue being a customer with a company that provides such high quality items.
