Excellent customer service from JJ salesman. Very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy which always makes a better experience in my opinion. Only reason it's not a 5 as within ten minutes of getting car it had a warning light appear but got fixed the next day however it has come on again. This will be fixed next week but very inconvenient as I am 28 weeks pregnant and trying to schedule appointments around not having a car whilst it's in getting fixed.

I really would like to give you -10 stars but unfortunately there was no option!!
I rejected a brand new car that you mis sold to me .
I discovered that it had a known Vauxhall manufacturer fault with both wing mirrors that affects visibility. You have told me that this is a no fix fault which means it cannot be fixed.
You did not tell me about this known Vauxhall manufacturers ‘no fix’fault when you were selling the car to me to make me aware of it and have the choice as to if I was ok with it.
I rejected the car within 30 days of purchase as the law Consumer rights Act 2015 says that I’m entitled to do but you have refused to fairly cancel the agreement regarding this car and refund all my monies.
You also took an upfront cash payment for a service plan and also double charged me for it by adding it to the financial agreement so I’ve had to pay twice for it.
You’ve had the car for over a month in your garages which is from about a few days since I bought it. You’ve known about the faults for all this time yet you insist that I should come to now collect the car that I’ve rejected.
I have now contacted trading standards at Trafford council and reported this to one of the local councillors there too.
My experience with you has been a nightmare and I’ve been left with no car and as such, not been able to get to work or continue with my livelihood but have still had to pay for this car!!
I have felt that I now have to report this despicable experience which I am still suffering on trust pilot as I think other people need to be warned against trusting you to provide them with a car that is fit for purpose, satisfactory or safe.
You sent me a text saying that the case is closed and you have failed to give the necessary updates and reports to the organisations that I have reached out to , to help me. They all say that they have been waiting for a response from you. This has been since 3rd June and it’s now 9th July !!!
Your slogan is ‘ your life made easy ‘ but this a so far from the truth and reality. Instead of realising the promise of a new dream car , Your company has made my life an absolute nightmare at the moment!

Arnold Clark are thieves, don’t buy!!!!
I had £300 stolen from me by Andrew and his team. Apparently they have no evidence of receiving the money but I provided adequate evidence from the bank and they refuse my calls and won’t respond to emails. The payment was taken over the phone by Andrew I even have the documents for the vehicle I wanted ordered. How dare you advertise your selves as a legitimate business and on TV when you are allowing staff to steal. I will be involving my solicitor even if they refused to give the details of their legal team. My next point of call is instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, national news paper to print the evidence for all to see that they apparently can’t!

No phones answered
As I see lot off good reviews
Unfortunatly I had bad review in Liverpool, phoned up re book or change time for MOT appointment
And waited on phone for 25 min no answer, hung up, rang back on phone 50 min no answer.
Got passed from wrong department to service department then back auutomated service, then back to service department, all get on phone is, your call is important to us,, if that important they answer.
Later call went back to lady spoke to and ask politely over my problem and 50+ min waiting, she got a manager and took 30 second.
My brother got reply from tweet, to ring up or email, so emailed, no good unable send, rang up u need brother consent to put complaint in,I was one on phone, im taking it for service.
Sorry but wish never got car from arnald Clarke, wish brother would canceled new one.
All I can say is hope call system improves.
