Took my car in 14th july for a MOT and service. I booked it in for 9am but was early they didnt start work on my car till 14.20pm by 16.20pm still no phone call so i rang them to be told it Failed i asked what it was it was the washer on the passenger side not working. He quoted me £162 just to look at it. I said no i will shop around got it fixed for under £40 the next day. I will not be going here again. The service i received was shocking and there was nobody on the front desk i was waiting 20mins disgusting service

Avoid Arnold Clark – Blame culture, incompetent processes, and terrible serviceBuying a car here was a stressful disaster. They gave me wrong advice about insurance, forced me to return the car, messed up the DVLA paperwork, and then blamed a receptionist for the whole ordeal.The Blame Game: When I formally complained about being misinformed, management refused to take responsibility. They literally blamed a staff member named Christina in writing, rather than owning up to their broken management and handover checks.DVLA Nightmare: After returning the car, they neglected the DVLA paperwork for weeks while repeatedly lying to me on the phone that it was done. I was left exposed to potential legal liabilities and a delayed tax refund.Zero Accountability: They refused any compensation for a month of wasted time and anxiety, dismissively calling it a transaction that "was not the smoothest."A company that treats its customers this badly—and throws its own lower-level staff under the bus to cover its tracks—does not deserve your business. Avoid them.

I drove in to BMW Irvine at 10am on 15 July and no spaces on the site including disabled spaces which are full of used cars.
I went in to buy a specific car but as I couldn't get parked I left

I had been looking online for a Citroen 3 Aircross. I went to see the car advertised and it was just as described. Salesman was young, gave the impression of being interested in what I was saying and didn't push for a sale which would have made me just leave.
Have purchased from this site some years ago and my experience this time was just as good.

We went in on Monday to buy a new Kia Sportage. We were the only people in there and spent around 10-15 minutes looking at one car inside the showroom. Not one person spoke to us. There were around 8-9 staff members talking amongst themselves, and we were ignored. So, we left. shame as the wife really like the car
