Arrogant snotty service

I’ve had two different customer experiences with this lot.
1. I bought Bergen side pouches they sent the wrong colour but refused to pay for the return to Germany . It wasn’t worth paying the post to return them even though it was their fault!
All I got from them was cheek and snotty messages!
2. Tried to buy a US sleeping system . They were asking £200 . I wanted the right size ( I’m 6ft and big) but again just snotty cheeky arrogant replies !
My advice is there are plenty of military shops . Be careful this one is in Germany and returns difficult as well as hidden customs charges. My advice shop elsewhere ; you don’t need the hassle of arrogant snotty service!
