I bought a number of Hikvision cameras from this company a little over a year ago and was very happy with the pre-sales advice and service received.
Recently, one of the cameras (covered by the manufacturers 5 year warranty) has developed a fault and I've not been able to contact them; their phone system has been broken for several weeks and they have not responded to emails that have been sent over the coarse of about 3 months.
The website is still up, but given that user credentials are now needed to get into it and their general lack of contact, I wonder if the company are still trading.

Got my whole Hikvision cameras and intercom from these guys! Very friendly guys - eager to help - and also know their stuff - helped me to set up a remote server recording from my cameras on my Amazon cloud!

Would recommend and use again.

Very good pre-sales advice via the telephone from Armsec. I purchased my first Hikvision Mini Bullet camera and will certainly purchase more from Armsec. Buying off eBay and Amazon is a minefield full of grey imported products. I wanted to know I was buying a genuine EU / UK version of Hikvision camera.
