Great end to end service from the Arlo & Jacob’s team! Alisha in the studio gave us great guidance with selection and patience as we went through every colour combo. Sofa has just arrived and we are really happy with the quality. Excellence service from Mark and Ian who took care in delivering the sofa and had great communication around finding our tucked away property!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new sofa and OTTI sofa bed from Arlo & Jacob. The craftsmanship is outstanding, its beautifully made, super elegant, and incredibly comfortable.

A special mention to Felix at the St Albans showroom, who was so supportive and knowledgeable throughout. He never minded our many visits or the numerous sample requests while we made our decision, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. What a stunning showroom too!

From start to delivery (big thanks to Carl & Taz for being so careful and on time) , everything was seamless. We couldn’t be happier and will be highly recommending Arlo & Jacob to everyone we know!

The whole experience of buying a sofa was made so easy and enjoyable: even when we had to amend the order after it was placed. Adam and the team at St Albans were great and Ashley and Conor who delivered it were so helpful. I would recommend the company.

The whole process from first stepping into the shop in Bath, to getting our sofa delivered has been 5*. A special mention to Abi in Bath for going above and beyond to ensure we ordered our perfect sofa, and also to Mark and Ian who safely and professionally delivered our sofa to its new home. The ordering though Jo and Siobhan at the Bristol showroom was very thorough and the delivery team - Haydn &Nev were very careful and a pleasure to deal with. I have nothing but praise for the teams at Arlo & Jacob. The sales staff at the Guildford branch were great, really helpful, patient and not at all pushy. The communication regarding delivery was reassuringly regular and the delivery team were fantastic. Ashley and Carl delivered our large sofa and they showed such pride in their company and the work they do, giving great advice for care of our new furniture, I can’t thank them enough. I have just received the second part of my order, a lovely chair. This team were also great, very friendly, respectful and efficient. We are very happy with the items that we have bought the look, care and quality feel incredibly reassuring. We are looking forward to many years of happy sitting on our new furniture and purchasing another item soon.

I had an amazing experience with Arlo and Jacob right from the very start. Fiona from the Bath store was so knowledgeable and patient while I chose my fabric. Ian and Mark who delivered my sofa were equally professional! I live in a top floor flat but they managed to carry the sofa up the stairs with no issues! Great service.

I ordered the Leon sofa for our new home in the fabric fuse ecru. The sofa absolutely exceeded our expectations. It fits beautifully into our home. Of course I must add that the delivery service was exceptional. Mark and Ian were wonderful. They moved and assembled the sofa so quickly. They communicated with me throughout the day and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They even gave me some tips and tricks on how to keep the sofa clean in case of any spills. So handy! Thanks again to Ian and Mark you made today so easy for me.

Just had delivery of our new sofa and coffee table, the 2 lads Mark & Ian were a credit to Arlo & Jacob, they were very conscientious and polite and helped us find the perfect position for the sofa👍

We took time to choose the right Arlo and Jacob sofa and fabric for our home. Matilda, Abi, Fiona and all staff at the Bath store were so kind, interested, and helpful each time we popped by. We chose Henry Grande in a Linara fabric with split-frame option. It was delivered today - right on time! Joe and Carl let me know in advance when they’d be arriving and they took such care bringing everything in and putting the sofa together for us. Great quality, so comfy and looks gorgeous. A big thank you to everyone! We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa!
