Just had beautiful Henry sofa, armchairs and footstool delivered. Caroline and Daisy in the Guildford store were very helpful re choosing colours, what matched and the whole buying process. Mark & Ian delivered them at the time advised, set them all up and took away all the wrapping etc after making sure we were happy with them - we are!

Fantastic service from Siobhan at the Chiswick showroom right through to Ed and Haydn when they delivered and unpacked. Thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Just received our Clara sofa and it looks great! Can’t fault the service from Brenda in the Marlow showroom through to the delivery team of Ian & Mark. Would recommend !

We had been planning on buying a sofa and chair from a different company as I didn't think we could get different patterned fabrics. However when we went to the St Albans store, we were greeted by Leanne who was extremely helpful and showed us all the beautiful patterned fabrics we could choose from. We've often felt like we've been ignored in other shops, and it made all the difference being greeted at the door and being made to feel welcome. Came in not thinking we would be buying anything and came out with a quote for a sofa and chair which we loved. The ordering process over the phone was also great! Thanks to the Bath store for your help :)

We bought a sofa 5 years ago and noticed some sagging of 1 cushion and 1 arm rest. From the point of contact with Amanda in customer services, the care has been excellent. Although the sofa range has now been discontinued, it was picked up, we were given a replacement on loan and our beloved sofa returned fixed! The professionalism of the delivery team and communication of the rest of the team was exemplary. Thank you!

Really pleased with our new sofa. Every part of the process was a joy. The staff in the St Albans store were welcoming and helpful. Felix who I met on my first visit and Leanne who took our order were both brilliant. Great communication between order and delivery. And finally Ian and Mark who delivered our sofa today (on the hottest day of the year!) were friendly, efficient and did a great job of setting it up.

Caine & Liam did a site visit today to check if two Arlo & Jacob sofas would fit up my tricky staircase. They were communicative with arrival times throughout the morning which is so helpful. Polite and friendly and the good news is the sofas will fit!! Please use the service if you are unsure as it’s worth the small charge.

Excellent customer service in Solihull store followed by great communication throughout making of sofa and delivery. Delivery team were fab and the sofa is absolutely amazing. We are so pleased with the whole experience and final product. Would fully recommend

Terrible driving with unsafe swerving by delivery driver in truck, and lack of indicator use on the M5 on 20/6/26 at 11:40am.

The staff especially Rebecca was very friendly and approachable, never pressured me to hurry a decision, I had lots questions and popped in multiple times and she was very patient, and offered samples snd followed up after, Infact all staff were so friendly and with my puppy !
The delivery guys were very professional, respectful and careful, polite, was a pleasure shopping with you, good service which is missing in so many places now.

We had an issue with one of our swivel chairs after more than two years use … it was repaired at home by one of the technicians within a few days of reporting the problem

What a lovely experience that whole process of buying my A&J gorgeous sofa. The helpful staff in the Guildford shop, Gail helped me make my decisions on such a selection of beautiful products. The communication was superb when I telephoned to confirm something. & the delivery team, Mark & Ian were so lovely and considerate & efficient. And the products are absolutely fantastic , so nice to have been offered all these personal skills in this day and age. Arlo & Jacob what a great company you are 😍

My Henry large sofa arrived only 4 eeeks after delivery and is just as expected. Lovely! Professional delivery from Mark and Ian as well as excellent prompt customer service from Michelle Laila and Siobhan at the Chiswick store.

We spent nearly £9000 with Arlo and Jacob 5 years ago, now we need their help and there is no interest in helping us. Very disappointing

After a failed delivery from a different supplier (despite following the necessary online guide), we took a visit to Aro & Jacob in Harrogate to wallow and find an alternative. Rob who helped us was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in our search. We were overly anxious about the sofa fitting through our hallway which Rob assisted with reassuring us and helped make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Thankfully, there are options to split your sofa to make things easier with our narrow hallway which was a huge driver for us.

We went for the Hector split option. The sofa fit through our hallway very easily by using the split method on the sofa and was delivered and installed by two lovely guys Mark & Ian, very professional and great at their job - really nice to see. I’d like to add aswell they were very respectful of our home and very polite too.

Not only is the sofa the right colour we wanted, we felt the lead time was also pretty quick AND it is very comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the process along the way and would absolutely recommend going in and chatting with them if you are thinking of getting a new sofa. Hector Split was the one for us!
