Instructed us to clean 6 properties. At the end did not pay the money, invoices were sent, call recording forwarded, time given, yet no signs of payment, we have told them we will be taking legal action but the request to pay was not obliged till date. As a small business when your overheads are too high, and you have to pay people to do the job, buy materials, equipment, pay labour, etc, it causes massive inconvenience to small businesses. No consideration to this was given.

As a result of this, a court claim was lodged with Civil Money Claim and it will be followed through till the end.

One of the directors is very aggressive person.

If you are doing business with a firm as Arkay Building Services Ltd based in Kent, you should be very mindful for the hassle and stress and inconvenience and businesses losses and damages you may go through as a result of your monies not being paid.

This firm has no consideration to the consequences small businesses face as a result of Arkay Building Services Ltd.

Do not work for this company until you are paid in full in advance as a small business. Be very careful.

Arkay were awarded a £2m project to upgrade various fire safety works and alter some communal areas in a large care facility.

They were very caring and accommodating to our residents and had become like own staff over the length of the project

If these were a local company I wouldn't use them on principal! This morning,4/11/19, they were parked in a disabled bay in Fleet High Street. They might not have know the town but they could see a carpark ten yards in front of where they were. Inconsiderate, or what!!

Where do I start with this awful mess of a company? Managers are rude and up themselves.

Never before have I had the misfortune of dealing with such a useless bunch of Cowboys. Everything they have done on my house is either defective, incomplete or not done at all even though they have charged me for it!
They are impossible to deal with and ignore my requests to sort things out leaving me no alternative but to persue court action.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They are a bunch of crooks.
