Annoying sticky headboard
I ordered a bed from Arista around March 2022, it was not in stock, it finally got delivered around Sep 2022. Putting the bed up two of the wooden legs where damaged, I emailed them for replacements, had to keep emailing them, when my new two legs turned up, they were worse then the damaged two i already had. Then this year i emailed them again asking if it was correct the the headboard on the bed sticks and the material makes a noise every time you move in the bed. I again had to keep emailing them for a response, still didn't get a response. So i have a bed with an annoying headboard. Wouldn't use them again.
Awful bed, don’t buy

Resolved --- Pregnant, no bed! No delivery or communication
Ordered a bed last October. I changed delivery dates numerous times due to building work and really appreciated the ease of Arista Living's system to do this.
Delivery was set for 11.08.23, on the day nothing arrived. I have spoken to epic logistics who state they cannot deliver due to 'financial dispute' with Arista.
I have no idea where my bed is, no idea when to expect it.
At 20 weeks pregnant I am sure it is understandable that this is causing unesceccary stress due to potentially having no bed to sleep on.
I am hoping to receive an email from Arista however have not heard anything since I emailed last week.
Update
Finally after sending numerous emails, an email from my NHS email, facebook, instagram and ebay messages I received a reply to my NHS email asking for my phone number.
A few days later I received a call from the MD, he stated there had been a few issues and would try get my bed delivered. A further few days down the line this wasn't possible, which I was expecting. The MD was fantastic, he processed the refund quickly and ensured to stay in touch.

Having left my 1 star review "Feeling Suicidal Sleeping on the Floor" dated 15th May 2023, I now have nothing but praise for Arista Living. My husband contacted them via email reiterating my complaint and they eventually responded saying the MD would be calling us the next day. I am pleased to say that he did call me and apologised for the appalling way we have been treated. He promised to sort out the issues we experienced. He ordered the missing and damaged parts and kept me in the loop by adding me to the group chat with the supplier and delivery operatives, therefore being transparent. I am pleased to say the parts arrived yesterday as promised and put together accordingly and we are very happy that we now have a beautiful bed to sleep on. This is what customer service is supposed to be like, the MD delivered on his promise and we were duly compensated. Once Arista sort out their issues with their Customer Services they will be a phenomenal bed company.

The most amazing product! Great design, and great price for the quality. There were some delays at the warehouse due to their 3rd provider moving, but they kept me fully informed and were completely transparent, which I was impressed with their honestly.
