Customer Service?
I'll be the first to kick this off. I was really excited when I came across their brand on Instagram and decided to place an order in April. It's June, no product has arrived and no email since I placed the order. I reached out via email, got a bounceback with the email 'system at arencia.com' and then after searching I emailed 'arencia at arencia.com' No auto reply and no response. Go onto their Instagram to see they are very active so I sent a DM. Response; customs has rejected my parcel in Canada, here's a refund. Fair enough but my biggest and only issue is their lack of customer service. I allowed the extra time because of COVID, the least they could have done was sent me an email. No banners on their website or anything.
This is a reason why people stick with Amazon.
Any recommendations for a reputable brand for shampoo bars?
