Not a good experience
Bought a costume, it arrived didn't come out of the bag and sent it back due to change in circumstances. The company claim it was returned in a dofferent bag without labels and refused to refund.
Not good customer service would NOT recommend.

As mentioned in the email correspondence, Our bags have the arena logo in the centre with our product code in the corner. The item we have received from you has been returned to us in an Attraco bag with a label of ‘Attraco Womens Body Shaping One Piece Swimwear’ on the bag.
Even though there is an arena Finding swimsuit inside the Attraco bag, there are no tags included, either attached or loose.
For these reasons, we are unable to accept this return as stated in our returns policy.
