I ordered a Caribbean joe dress size L I received a dress with different pattern and size X large. I contacted them and they told me I received the correct item. Extremely terrible customer service. This particular item was ordered through wal mart I also was told I ordered this through Dress Barn completely ignorance

I've bought two watches from AreaTrend. They offer watches at clearance prices. The first watch I purchased directly from the website; the second was ordered via Amazon. The actual purchasing and shipping experience was good. The products however have been problematic. The first watch, a Casio, died three years after purchase, which is unusual for a Casio watch. I didn't think much about it though, until my recent purchase. A Seiko watch suddenly dropped in price on Amazon by more than 50% and I jumped on it. Upon receiving it, the watch was dead. It was also loose in its packaging. Had it been returned before? OK. Things happen. However, upon going through the return process they would not give me the option of a replacement; only a refund. This bothers me. The point of the purchase was to get this specific item at this specific price. I saw no caveat saying 'no exchanges.' Clearly AreaTrend is able to offer these prices because items are on clearance or some other reason that mades them easily obtained at wholesale. So, some of this is to be expected, but consumers should know this both from AreaTrend and Amazon. There are some good deals to be had here, but people should understand the potential problems.
