While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Fredsone

This service is very very poor. We have a phone/broadband package that is increasingly giving us problems.
The phone and broadband periodically fails and stays non-operational for some minutes only to fail again shortly after it restarts, this can go on for several hours.
As for the broadband.... grrrrrrrrr, we have been tracking the speed and the result is very sad.
We have 2 speed check records (from one day) where the download was running at around 5 Mbits/s with the rest of a months records all being below 0.95 Mbit/s and the slowest being 0.04 Mbit/s which is poor even for dial up.

So how does a customer deal with this?
Well the short story is you will have to get a lawyer involved, this company is not responsible for anything and even have the arrogance to bill you if you call them to tell them their system is failing or has failed.
