I am down $1500 because of this company -- beware.
I purchased a table. It came 20 days late. Let's call this forgivable in the current state of affairs.
But the table also came with a manufacturer defect that prevents me from assembling it at all! The hardware in the tabletop was irreversibly installed by the manufacturer in the wrong place, preventing assembly of one of the legs.
To make matters worse, the screws and such that came with the table were shipped loose in the box alongside the table, so the table arrived with scratches. Of course, scratches are not an issue while I cannot assemble the table in the first place.
Archiproducts quotes a two-day response time for customer issues, but we're at day 8 now with no response. I have tried via multiple channels.
Either they are ignoring me or they are overwhelmed with other customer issues (which is probably not a good sign for other prospective buyers). I plan to wait another week before I dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Do not use this company if you think you might have to return the goods: they will not supply a returns label citing Brexit and it will cost you up to the value of the item you bought. Beware

Hello, I've purchased a pendant lamp from DCW Editions at Archiproducts that is unfortunately not available in my country. So the only one way was to buy this online. I've reviewed many web sites and chose Archiproducts as it looked most trusted one. Here I want to share the main aspects of my experience of working with Archiproducts team:
About WebSite:
WebSite is great, all the items are structured and grouped very well, I was able to easily sign up, find needed item and choose desired configuration. Also there is a quick support window where I was able to clarify all the questions related to configuration, purchasing process and of course delivery. One thing that I can suggest could be to add a notice about allowed languages that could be used when providing delivery address and contact info in the purchase form. I've used not English language and as a result it was needed to replace all the details with English via emails and contact with the customer service later to proceed with the purchase.
About delivery process:
Delivery process could be a little bit quicker I think (there was ±50 days until I've got the shipment) but I think that could be related to the COVID19 outbreak, NewYear holidays, delay from the warehouse and so on. Most important I think that I've got the shipment safe and sound that is great and worth to wait extra days.
About customer service:
I'd say that customer service is the milestone component here as without support and communication with your customer support specialists I think it will be not possible to get up to date information about my delivery, correcting the purchase, communicating with the post offices and many other things. I also want to express my special gratitude to your customer support specialist Marcella because she helped me a lot with many issues that occurred during the time when the order was created and when I've got it. Some of them are: providing current status of the order, communicating with the logistics department, communicating with the post offices and tracking overall state of the order. With all the support provided by your customer support team I felt comfortable even the shipment was delayed.
Summary:
Archiproducts is a great store with original items and great customer support team. I'd be happy to buy something more in your store in the future!

Impossible to get a hold of anybody in this company!
Early March I sent them back an expensive lamp for which they had agreed to a return.
A few weeks later UPS let me know that the company had refused to receive the goods and therefore my lamp was back to the UPS warehouse and they would make a second attempt a few days later.
I tried to contact the customer care department a hundred times, either by mail or phone but never managed to speak to anybody. UPS tried again to deliver the lamp but once again the company refused the goods and therefore UPS had no choice to send the lamp back to me in London. And I am now being told that I will have to pay import duties again as well as associated handling fees to get the unwanted lamp back which I will end up selling on eBay as a last resort.
SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE, you have a nice website but this is just a screen of smoke.

I had a problem with the delivery (wrong product sent) but following exchange of e-mails I have received promptly the product I ordered. I have also made an error in my order by choosing the wrong lamp base, but Archiproduct team (Valentina) kindly ordered the correct base without further charges. I recommend Archiproducts (I purchased 2 tolomeo lamps by Artemide), the choices and prices are excellent

A splendidly basic and striking piece - a long thick plank of wood, burned black, with a cool white LED light its entire length casting a pyramidical illumination on the wall it rests against. Archiproducts told me the price quoted would be the price delivered from Italy and that it would have a plug that would fit into a UK socket. They were right on both counts. They also kept me posted about delivery. I am happy to recommend both the Emanuel Gargano Morale lamp and Archiproducts.

I ordered light fixtures and was worried when my order took longer than what they advertised. A few weeks longer. The light fixtures are beautiful however. I am very happy with them and the price. I think maybe due to Covid things slowed down for them in terms of customer service, but in the end I received beautiful fixtures.
I’m here to share my positive experience, as I was alarmed when I read the reviews after I placed my order.
In my case I so impressed with the lady I was communicating with to get my quote that I took the time to send an email to compliment her. She was efficient and helpful and replied promptly to my emails and always within 24 hours.
My order arrived today, two days ahead of estimated delivery date so that was a plus. All four packages arrived as ordered. One box was damaged but my items weren’t fragile so everything was fine.
I normally wouldn’t write a review but feel that after reading the negative reviews it was important to share my positive one.
Unfortunately terrible overall experience. Bought a lovely table for a considerable amount of money. The second my order goes through I am informed there will be a huge delay to the already long lead time. Tried calling customer service repeatedly and could never get through. Finally I manage to get a response to an email stating that the article is not refundable. Bear in mind the article is not even in production yet and won't be for the next couple of months. It's a scam I'm thinking about sewing. Avoid.

The absolute worst. Not even worth the discount.
Bought a table on Black Friday, took 3 months to deliver. Upon delivery, the box was in shambles, the item was damaged and scratched, and it was missing assembly pieces, so I can't even use it or keep it in the box because it's broken.
Their customer support service takes about a week to respond any inquiry and they won't be of any help at all.
Seriously, it's a waste of your time and money. Better take your money elsewhere, this company does not deserve your business.
Update: 2 months later, I still do not have the pieces I need to assemble my $1000 table. I bought this table 6 months ago. This is the worst customer experience I've ever seen in my life. I am fully convinced this company is dropshipping.
Order office desk. Order was delayed for weeks when it arrived came in a damaged box legs scratched up. Also they sent wrong table top that didn’t include cord hole. I’ve written them 5 times over 2 weeks through their system and got no response. Super upset feel totally ripped off. Highly recommend not using this company.

This company refuses to comply with the law of online commerce.
Placed an order and requested that it be cancelled after one day. Was told that company policy does not allow cancellation of order, completely outside of what european law requires:
"If you have purchased a product or service online or outside of a store (by phone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return within 14 days your order for any reason and without justification."
Trying to contact them by email the emails are ignored and when a reply comes it´s only to continue the order process, ignoring the cancellation request.
Asked to speak directly with someone on the phone I was told that I could only speak with the commercial service for new customers.
Requested to speak with the legal department of the company to explain that what they are doing is illegal, I was told that they have no phone number and I was given a generic pec to contact them.
They insist that their policy can go against the law on online commerce as the customer accepts it at the time of purchase.
Be very careful with this company.

I am really upset about how Archiproducts communicates with me post-purchase. I have placed an order (#56436) for 6 Midj chairs and 2 miloox lights. While I was told the chair production is delayed (and I accepted the delay), I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get an update regarding the 2 miloox lights. Archiproducts doesn’t respond to emails, calls, whatsapp. I have rarely come across such websites that sell luxury brands and have such poor customer service!!
Ordered bathroom products in November, quoted 25 day delivery timeline. I'm still waiting and no clarity on when of if it will arrive. Really disappointed, bathroom being fitted next week and I don't have what I need.
Update...Even after such a long delay the shipping option chosen by archiproducts was economy so it will be delayed by a further two weeks. I would have paid extra for express delivery had I been asked. The lack of professionalism and customer service is incredible.

Great customer service to begin with; they tried to resolve the problems with an expensive table which had manufacturing defects. Eventually, I had to return the table for which they organised the pick up by DHL (remember to keep all your packaging or you won't be able to return the item without them).
The problem is the refund: after they received the table it took just over 3 weeks to get my refund despite several emails and phone calls to them.
