After buying an item more than 2 months…

After buying an item more than 2 months ago, still haven't received it. Customer support only says that it's due to production delays, even though a few days before the shipping date they said everything was on schedule. Hard to believe. Only to make it worse, the last update I got from them says the item will be shipped in 40 WORKING DAYS. Absolute joke.

We are really sorry if the production and therefore shipment of your order experienced a delay but articles like the ones you bought (a sofa and a pouf made of leather) are tailor made and therefore delays might occur during the production because of the supply of the raw materials. Anyway your order is now in transit with our specialized transporter which handles fragile and expensive articles with white gloves. I hope you can soon receive your goods and enjoy them. Asked for additional 500 euros shipping after the fact!

Site ad said free shipping - bought product, but shipping was still charged. Many back and forth with customer service and they refused to refund ... not only that, eventually they contacted me and asked for about 500 euros added to get shipped because shipping costs had increased since I ordered. To put this in perspective the order was originally 680 euros including the shipping that was supposed to be free! I replied with data that shipping prices had actually decreased in the global market since I ordered and said I could wait if they needed to wait for whatever anomaly was specific to my order to change, but they just cancelled the order unilaterally.

enormous delay in delivery

Very long delivery times in general, in addition the ordered lamps were delivered 6 weeks later than announced and one of them was defective! Unbelievable, never again...

On 14th October we informed you that the producer still needed 10 working days for the production and in fact the shipment was organized on 26th October. What about the defective light, our customer support did not receive any claim about this issue. If I could give these people a -1000 I would.
I ordered 2 sconce lights in September, it took over 30 days for them to get delivered (which I knew because it said on the website). Once I (enthusiastically) opened them, I noticed they were crooked and also didn't like how they looked on the wall, so I initiated a return. Customer service toyed with me for over 2 months with back and forth of proof that the lights were crooked, then they told me that if the product wasn't "resellable" they wouldn't be able to accept the return and refund me.
Their website explicitly says "the Client can exercise the right to withdraw from a Purchase Contract without providing any reason (ANY REASON). This shall also entail no penalties. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Clients shall send a withdrawal communication within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day the products are physically delivered to a Client."

I did as the website told, contacted them several times within the 14 days and STILL they're fighting me on the return, telling me that I can just "re align" the lights and they can't accept the return. I sent the product back regardless and disputed the charge with my bank. HORRIBLE customer service. BEWARE!

You opened a claim with our Customer Care support concerning your lamps and asked us to use the right of withdrawal for the lamps since they were not straight. We explained you that Customers can use the right of withdrawal when items are in perfect condition. You told us that the lamps were defective and, in this case, a return can not be authorized. Even if we explained you that in case of a defect or a damage, procedures are different, you sent the lamps back to our legal office instead of our warehouse. This action causes huge problems with customs clearance because of the payment of duties and taxes for import from US. When Customers make a purchase, they have to carefully read Terms and Conditions of a company in order to follow correct procedures in case of damaged goods, defective goods or the request of a return since each case follow a different process. I hope you can understand it and find a solution with our Customer Care support. Best regards

I order a lamp and it come damage…

I order a lamp and it come damage (broken) so i send e-mail and they respond they will refund me but i need to send the item back. After that i send 2-3emails trying to GET a info how can i free return the damage item because IT come broken without any safety papers to protect the item so its their fault. They didn’t respond and i thank That’s very unprofessional!!they dont have any return police on damage product and i need to bear the costs of returns!! Never again will i order a product from this website!!!!!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Damaged products shall not be returned, as described in our terms and conditions of sale. At our discretion, we can propose a replacement or a refund, and your case you have been informed last week that your order was canceled and refunded.

With regards of the damaged article, unfortunately our carrier does not offer a disposal service, so we have asked you to send us a signed document to declare that you have received a damaged article and you will dispose of it as this would be necessary for us to open a claim with the carrier that would help us cover the costs of the refund.
