After buying an item more than 2 months ago, still haven't received it. Customer support only says that it's due to production delays, even though a few days before the shipping date they said everything was on schedule. Hard to believe. Only to make it worse, the last update I got from them says the item will be shipped in 40 WORKING DAYS. Absolute joke.

Site ad said free shipping - bought product, but shipping was still charged. Many back and forth with customer service and they refused to refund ... not only that, eventually they contacted me and asked for about 500 euros added to get shipped because shipping costs had increased since I ordered. To put this in perspective the order was originally 680 euros including the shipping that was supposed to be free! I replied with data that shipping prices had actually decreased in the global market since I ordered and said I could wait if they needed to wait for whatever anomaly was specific to my order to change, but they just cancelled the order unilaterally.

If I could give these people a -1000 I would.
I ordered 2 sconce lights in September, it took over 30 days for them to get delivered (which I knew because it said on the website). Once I (enthusiastically) opened them, I noticed they were crooked and also didn't like how they looked on the wall, so I initiated a return. Customer service toyed with me for over 2 months with back and forth of proof that the lights were crooked, then they told me that if the product wasn't "resellable" they wouldn't be able to accept the return and refund me.
Their website explicitly says "the Client can exercise the right to withdraw from a Purchase Contract without providing any reason (ANY REASON). This shall also entail no penalties. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Clients shall send a withdrawal communication within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day the products are physically delivered to a Client."
I did as the website told, contacted them several times within the 14 days and STILL they're fighting me on the return, telling me that I can just "re align" the lights and they can't accept the return. I sent the product back regardless and disputed the charge with my bank. HORRIBLE customer service. BEWARE!

I order a lamp and it come damage (broken) so i send e-mail and they respond they will refund me but i need to send the item back. After that i send 2-3emails trying to GET a info how can i free return the damage item because IT come broken without any safety papers to protect the item so its their fault. They didn’t respond and i thank That’s very unprofessional!!they dont have any return police on damage product and i need to bear the costs of returns!! Never again will i order a product from this website!!!!!!!
