Quality of the material is good, the assembly was sloppy.
Shipment date was approximately the same as the date shown. Goods correspond to the description and arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, during assembly was forgotten to attach the extendable metal rail on one side to both ends of the table, so it hung down a bit and was held by only one screw. Here, fortunately, I had the appropriate screws at hand to be able to correct it myself.

Great products, outstanding customer service
I purchased several pieces of furniture from Archiproducts over the years. Mostly, European high quality items. Archipoducts was great at keeping me informed and keeping a close tab on shipping. Like Amazon, but for high-end furniture.
Customer service has been great too. I had an issue with a piece that arrived damaged from Italy, a coffee table Scancaro from La Cividina. Eleonora, a customer service agent who I had direct contact with managed to solve the issue efficiently and quickly. If it had not been for her I would have not considered purchasing any more items from Archiproducts.

Very responsive and helpful customer service team, responding immediately to WhatsApp chat queries. Original deivery time stated as 14 days, after order placed this changed to 25 days which was disappointing, but original delivery scheduled was maintained!

Avoid! I must say that everything went wrong and I do not recommend this seller. First of all, the product arrived 5 months late, even though the seller had indicated that the product was available on their sales site, and the order was pushed back twice by 2 months. Then I received the product in a different color than the picture on the website, and I asked to exercise my right of withdrawal within two weeks. Despite several emails to the customer service, I did not receive any answer, including the procedure to return the product. I finally noticed that the product had been discreetly damaged in one place during shipping and at that moment, to my great surprise the seller finally answered me by indicating that my emails had been lost on their server (!). After 1 more month of waiting, I finally receive an information from the after-sales service to indicate that I can no longer exercise my right of withdrawal and that I will receive a compensation of 100 euros for the "transport defect" (when the value of the product is 700 euros). In total, I receive a meager compensation for a product that I received with a delay of 6 months and that is not what I expected. Vendor to avoid! Terrible experience.

What about the issue you had with your chair, we offered you a partial refund in accordance with the consumer code, section 2 (legal guarantee of conformity for goods).
Finally, according to the right of withdrawal, Customers can send back articles only when they are in good condition. Since your chair had an issue the right of withdrawal could not be allowed.
I hope you can understand our decisions, which were made according to the Law.

Product is poorly engineered
I bought about 20 different lights. Products take too long to arrive and are poorly engineered. There is no space for the electrical things they put themselves let alone to add the cable too. My electrician completely changed the electrical stuff at the back of some of the lights to be able to install them. Only reason I didn’t return any of them is that I liked the fact they are handmade and are quite lovely. Had major disappointment with the colour of one of them… so different from the picture. Expected bright orange and got dull brown-orange.

What about the problems you had with the installation, we always give our Customers support if they have this kind of problem by sendind them tutorials or videos created by the producer itself.
What about the colour, we remind you that these lamps are tailor and hand made and therefore the colour shades can change according to the light of the room where they are installed.
In the end, what about the right of withdrawal, Customers can return items that have not been installed and changed in their technical features.
