Arcas Web Design Reviews

A very happy, stress-free service! Highly recommended.

Arcas is the best way forward for the Krua Thai Cookery School website, which is designed and managed by Arcas Web Design.

In my 29 years of running a business (established in 1997), I have had a few web designers. Some were very stressful to work with because they lacked of both customer care and after-sales service, even though I was happy to pay for their time. I then contacted Simon at Arcas, and he was super helpful and fixed all of the problems I had. Now, for the past 25 years, I have had Simon /Arcas design, implement, and look after the Krua Thai website throughout. I won't change for anyone, as Simon is a person I can trust. He understands what I am looking for and provides a personalised service, which I very much appreciate. It is well worth my investment. Thank you so much, Simon. You are a star!

Cannot rate this company high enough, I've worked with Simon, from Arcas for my websites for a few years now, and the promptness of his replies, never mind the outstanding work he has done for our businesses, is 2nd to none. I've worked with other web designers over the years too (I have several businesses), but Arcas is the most professional (I've personally) ever dealt with.

Friendly, Responsive/Quick, Professional and effective - with useful help and advice thrown in - Excellent Service - Thank You Simon - Steve Dalgleish - The Edinburgh Bathrooms and Kitchens Co Ltd

Arcas created a new website for our charity. Throughout the process we received prompt replies to our questions and helpful advice, and the fees charged were very reasonable and within budget. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new website.

Simon and the team supported me in modernising and rebuilding my site last year after my old supplier closed. They were super at creating a framework for content transfer, a strategy for SEO and made the process as painless as possible, and have been very supportive in site management ever since.

Simon at Arcas did an excellent job at re-designing my website. Arcas were fast and responsive during the process. They listened to my requirements and I was very pleased with the completed website. Their fees are competitive and as a returning customer I was given a discount which helped with the cost.
I would not hesitate to recommend Arcas to anyone looking for a website designer.

Simon upgraded our website to Wordpress and did an excellent job, dealing with a lot of mixed content that he had to copy over to the new site.
He also gave us creative workarounds to meet our budget which has worked really well. He communicated progress throughout the timescale which was very reassuring for us. He put in time to train us to edit the site and is quick to respond to queries and help we need during this learning process and beyond. We, The Drama Studio in Edinburgh, highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a website build or migration to Wordpress.

Simon understood the brief and executed it on time and within budget.

Brilliant service yet again! third of fourth time i've used Arcas. They don't mess about, know exactly what they are doing and are always fair with pricing. How all companies should be. Will definitely be in touch again in a couple of months when start next project. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time I commissioned Arcas Web design to put together a website for a SME. Throughout the process Simon was very responsive and made thoughtful suggestions. The service went beyond my expectations and the design delivered inspired follow-on work by colleagues. I really appreciated the in-person training session at the handover stage which made it very easy for me to take over managing the website. I recommend considering Arcas for your web design requirements.

Very efficient service with great quality results and thorough customer service. Would certainly recommend.

We used ARCAS to design our school website. We are delighted with the service and the product. Simon was always there to help with any queries that we had both before and after handover. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Simon from Arcas is amazing! He was able to bring our designs to life. He has great attention to detail and really listened to our needs. He was extremely helpful in explaining what we needed to create our website and there whenever we needed a hand. We couldn't thank him enough, highly recommend.

The nature of our business means we often need updates to our website and Arcas is able to keep up with our needs while providing great customer service.

I've consistently turned to Simon and Arcas Computing for the past two years, and absolutely recommend Simon for website construction. The site he created for me is both eye-catching and user-friendly and regularly elicits praise for its design. I've also found Simon to be approachable and down to earth and really easy to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I have used Arcas services for more than 5 years and would recommend them very highly. They designed and set up my company website and have supported it, and me ever since. Simon didn't just take instructions; he really worked to understand my business, my market and what I wanted the website to do for me. He offered advice and practical suggestions that mad ethe whole process very easy. Arcas service is responsive, friendly and patient (essential due to my low tech capability).

Arcas designed and maintain a fantastic website for my Pilates classes, which has really helped to grow my business. Working with them to develop the site was straightforward, with lots of helpful advice whilst also incorporating my ideas. They always respond promptly and professionally to any enquiries, and I would definitely recommend them.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
