Wrong trucks, unresponsive customer care

Bought a complete skateboard. Was fitted with wrong trucks, different truck on each side.

No one is answering my emails, I've waited 120h for response now. Ended up ordering new trucks again because I want to skate, Avoid Arbor at all costs...

Edit: I got a response and they said they'll send me the correct truck. It's been a month and I haven't received anything. Again they stopped responding to email.

Edit2: Finally got the correct truck, took almost three months, but I finally got what I ordered. Overall very bad experience so won't be changing the score.
