DO NOT ORDER. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Absolutely horrible. Took my money, sent me the wrong dress (over a month to ship to me), and when I asked for my money back, they wanted me to ship the dress back to India on my own dime. Meaning, over $200. Do not order from here. The man who is in charge of the company does not respond either. So their customer service is a joke and they just want your money.

I ordered from ArabicAttire.com, and it was a complete waste of money. The delivery took forever, and when I finally got my package, the quality was nowhere near what was shown on the website. The fabric felt cheap, and the stitching was horrible. To make things worse, their customer service is unresponsive. They take ages to reply and don't even bother resolving issues. Definitely not worth the hassle! Wouldn't recommend to anyone! 👎👎
They sent me 4 dresses in the wrong size made of cheap and poor quality material. I returned them in perfect condition at my expense and on time, yet they refused a refund.
Regarding your answer. NO WHERE in the return policy did it say when I placed the order that I had to take pictures of the items before returning them. Also YOU told me no such thing. In NO global sales website is this required. Dresses were returned in PERFECT CONDITION. they haven't even been tried! there were NO dress tags! I RETURNED THEM IN THE SAME LOOK AND PACKAGING I RECEIVED THEM IN. You refused to give me ANY refund and also REFUSED TO REFUND THE DRESSES I PAID FOR. Now you have both my money and the dresses. THIS IS A FRAUD!
