Perfect shop, anytime again. Thanks a lot girls and guys

Niks is goed gegaan. Products was on stocks online, i ordered and I had to wait to they got them.
Products were NOT the same and they Were open, powder was in the cartons.
Customers service tried to convince the accept them, saying they were the same Products.. No they were not the same...

I had to start a refund procedure through their website and the waiting for more than 3 months for my money.
The were claiming they never received the product back, once received the will examine them hahaha, please notice my complaint their Products were open, what do they want to examine???? Hahaha
Acoording to Aquastore i need to start a search.
I had to contact DHL myself we all know how difficult is to find information thorugh DHL, another bad company i found out then.
However, DHL said its a refund product so AquastoreXL should start the serech and not me, this store told the opposite.
When I called them and said what DHL said.
Aquacellstore took another week to say we refund while we haven't received the products just b3cause we appreciate our 10 years long relationship hahaha...
Please till Aquastorexl.nl, it ends here due to thier lack of respect, zero help and untrustable behaviour.

The customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. 1 item was missing from my order, which was sent to me afterwards without request, even though it was a 2.59 EUR item. Such a positive attitude is rare in today's world. The other items ordered were of good quality, properly packaged (including live plants) and delivered quickly.

Good prices and fast delivery - even during holiday season

First I ordered an item that was in stock on the website, this was on a Monday, now Sunday and still not received, ordered decorations on a Tuesday next day delivered, no communication why delayed/not received first article, now waiting on plants with no idea when they will be delivered
