They are the worst
They are the worst. The reason why: they work with the worst delivery company. You will never get your flowers. They tell it’ll be delivered and you’re waiting all they at home and they’ve never delivered it. Avoid buying flowers from them at any cost.

Very early delivery, to a different person in the building
I selected the time to be 15:00-18:00 and this is meant to be a surprise and it is ruined by the EARLY DELIVERY (by 40 minutes 14:20) and was given to a different person in the building for no apparent reason.
This person has now the flowers inside of her house. Not my girlfriend.

They do not delivery on time. It has happened twice now with no notification.
I have used this service for the last time. 2 out of the 3 times the flowers were not delivered on time with no communication from them to me. This time it's been 5 days late and still no flowers.

Sent flowers from UK to france
My parents live in France so I sent a christmas bouquet to arrive on 23rd. The service was very easy to use using Google translate, I liked that they used a local company in france at a reasonable price. The company did everything as they said they would including sending me a photo of the bouquet before delivery (although the flowers were hidden by wrapping it was nice to know it was on track) my parents loved the bouquet. The only downside is an influx of promotional emails received every few days since.

Driver in a hurry. They’ll call once and leave right away if you don’t pickup. No voice message left, no knock on the door, and no ring of the doorbell. I do not recommend if you need the bouquet delivered on time.

I have never have an issue with this company. Orders have always been delivered on time, apart from once but that was sorted out well by aquarelle who still delivered my order but gave me a credit on my account for the amount I had paid , so I thought that this was more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them
