Super super bad in communication with…
Super super bad in communication with customer. Only use their own messaging system, where messages partly get deleted and no one answers. Calling is nearly impossible. Only in French (even before it was saying support speaks also English and German), promising to call or write back multiple times, never happening. No one seems to care.
Still waiting for hardware worth multiple thousands of euro, just asking for a status, seems to be possible for them. Waiting for several months (!) already. Due to lack of response thinking of suing them.
Can never recommend to buy anything from the store, I have never seen such a bad behaviour to customers in any shop before.
