Found exactly what I needed easily. Delivered earlier than anticipated all round very good experience

Kyan of Aqualisa Showers was very helpful with my enquiry and advised me that my currant shower was no longer available but the engine could still be replaced and gave me the price.
This made me think, then Kyan told me there is a new model that had the same exact fittings as mine and so I asked him the price and decided to have the new model fitted instead.
The phone call was relatively short and straight forward having arranged the date of fitting as well.
Many thanks to Kyan for a great service.

Needed a replacement digital controller that had failed in the 12 months no fuss getting a replacement came with in a couple of days.

Ordered £600 shower on 23/7 with fitting date 2 weeks later between 4-6 pm
Aqualisa cancelled at 3 pm on day
I phoned and was put at back of the queue in another 2 weeks time
I’m starting to smell now !
If you want a shower fitted within a month don’t use Aqualisa

Shower was only fitted last week, by a bathroom fitting company. We noticed a fault with our shower after a few days and it has been dealt with very quickly. Gary from customer services contacted us today and will arrange a new part and engineer to fix the issue. Straightforward and easy . As the work has not yet taken place , I cannot leave a 5 star review. So far, so good .

We went to our initial store who we bought the was item, we are really pleased with the shower, we bought for both bathrooms. Unfortunately about a year and the main shower started spouting water from above, we contacted Victoria Plumbing, although took a while (a month) they finally decided we had to go direct, within 5 minutes of talking to customer services, we had a new part being delivered, the service was exceptional, quick prompt and easy to deal with. Definitely purchase an Aqualisa again.

Got a new shower and had a small issue with the shower head holder. I called and got through to customer service who immediately sent me out a replacement which arrived the with 2 days! Amazing professional and friendly team. Great!

Other than speaking to a customer serve agent, I have no experience with resolving the issue. The fact that I am asked to give a review on a customer service representative (who seemed very friendly and helpful) before a problem is solved seems to be jumping the gun a little bit. I am happy to update this review once the problem I called about (now waiting to hear from a technician) has been addressed.

Very disappointing experience. Payment was demanded upfront before the problem was properly assessed or fixed, with excuses about a previous customer cancelling.

This involved an elderly, visually impaired customer who was simply trying to get his shower working. The installer left wires hanging out despite knowing he was visually impaired — completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous
