Really nice services from both sales agent as well as the instalation guy. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.

As a expat, we need water softner since we're used to soft water. This was culligan could be a bit pricey but works well. and simple function and mechanical could make less issue than electricity.
the reason why i give 4 star is actually salt is a bit expensive. We're planning to use water softner more than 10 years but we also cannot neglect salt fee.
I hope culligan can provide a little bit reasonable price.

They Ronald and Tom came on time range set up as per advise.
They have professionally explained what they are supposed to do and answered the questions as this is new machine for us.
Gave basic explanations on how the unit works and provided instructions for refill and maintenance, as well as emergency cases.
Finished installation later as expected but we are very satisfied with the service.
Also, ask for ordering of salt and recommended website, put brochures in place with refill chart. Thank you.

We had two visits from Aquacell, 1) with a sales lady who explained how the machine works, technical details and what would be the benefits of using the machine. She made titration test on our tap water and we talk about what would be positive effects of soft water ( without Ca and Mg). We would use less cleaning detergent and we would not need clean coffee machine and iron….
2) installatior did a good job to settle the machine.Explained how often we should use salt tablets and record them to see effectiveness of the salts/machine, very friendly person. Further explained how we can switch in/off the machine.

We are using the machine for 2 days now and it already feels better. Soaps/detergent foams very quickly. We don’t have much the dirts from water drops on the glass of the shower.

Thom did a great job with my installation. The space provided was too narrow so he gave a creative suggestion and even made a very neat shelf for my machine. It looks perfectly concealed into the surroundings. He was patient in waiting for me to finish my work meeting and took the time to clearly explain how to operate everything.

5 years working in my house,
During this time I was unlucky to have one time a water overflow (which is quite rare) and was solved quickly by the service installateur,

The device looks great, is silent and does not need any electricity supply.

I like the contact with this company. They have a good register about each client and what happened so far or not. All the service installateurs that came by me so far are employed by Aquacell and are not subcontractors as by other’s companies. The communication is efficient. Salt can be ordered from them or also easily from third party suppliers.

I am very happy so far, you feel the difference under the shower. My dishwasher, washing machine have not be replaced since this Aquacell is installed. Fingers crossed for the future.
