Ordered s6 Pure on 08 April 2021 , never received the product not the shipping information. no reply from seller for my numerous calls & phones. This company looks bankrupt or purely scammers. My transaction is under dispute with bank to get refund. Stay away from this.

Scam. It took 6 weeks to get my money back from PayPal after not receiving my goods from a payment 6 weeks earlier. I tried to contact many times via email but got no reply. After I lodge my PayPal dispute they sent an automated email that they have refunded my money... they had not! I had to escalate my claim in PayPal to eventually get my money back. This is a JOKE of a website

Bought a moon lamp from them. I’ve waited a month for them to send it, but they haven’t replied to any of my emails. This business is a scam, don’t pay attention to the obviously fake 5 star reviews. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

SCAMMMMMMMERS I brought a backpack for my sons birthday back in March 2021 and didn't receive this. I sent email after email and nothing. I hate people like this, real scum.

Such a scam. I bought a robot vacuum from this site and they never sent it. Its been 2 months since I paid for it and they have stopped replying to me and refuse to give me a refund. I'll be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

This is a completely fraudulent website, ordered something from them and they took my money and never sent the item and ignored every single email (sent over 5) and even was ignored over live chat. Had to lodge a refund with bank because they refused to respond, complete scam!

I have been scammed - they do not respond to emails or phone calls - they don't answer their phone. I made a purchase last week and when it hadn't been dispatched a sent an email asking when it would be dispatched, got a automated email back saying it would takes 48 hours for them to look into it - of course I have heard nothing since - they are ignoring me completely. I wish I had of looked at the reviews on this dodgy company before placing my order. My bank has been informed and will trying to get my funds back. These people should not be in business - they are ripping people off !!!

I do not believe they even deserve 1 star. Ordered item in February and they kept delaying by a few weeks each time I contacted them. Eventually they emailed me an Auspost tracking ID, however after a few weeks the item didn't arrive and they did not respond to me. I then contacted my bank to dispute this transaction. After a few weeks they told me that they did not ship the item due to the dispute. Well then the Auspost tracking ID meant that the item was not shipped then and it appears they never intended to ship my item. My bank and I have been trying to contact them for months. No replies. No number, does not accept calls. Whatsapp message replies are sporadic. I would advise all with similar experiences to report to Fair Trading and ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).

Very happy with my mini photo studio, the staff were very helpful answering my many queries about product size and placement.

Will be back for the full studio led lighting kit later this year.

Order# 6386 ordered in March. Forward order to be dispatched on 26th April. They keep telling you that it will be shipped on 26th April. Then the week of 26th , but stop responding once the week is over. Very Pathetic Customer Service.

Happy with our galaxy projector, easy payment with Klarna.

Purchased a dashcam on 24th March 2021. More than 2 weeks since my money has been taken and no status on the shipment yet and no one replies to my messages anymore.

APU’s World is a scam!
I waited over 2 months for my Roborock S5 Max and was provided with a fake AUSPOST tracking number which never got updated. The status has been pending update for over 2 weeks!
I’ve had many online orders in the past and I’ve not experienced any status from Austpost which has PENDING UPDATE for this long. Nor has my orders ever been lost.
This sounds very common with Apu world so there is something very dodgy with this company. Do not buy from them.
I am filing a refund via Paypal

after that they said the Australia post lost the parcel
