Switches in stock and identified as correct fitment for model although expensive for what they are.
I contacted Apuljack about some issues I was having with my motorhome electronics. They tested the Sargent units and found no issues but recommended checking the EM40 unit, this was found to be faulty. They supplied a new unit swiftly and gave lots of advice and guidance throughout my experience.
Very helpful knowledgeable team.
Thank you very much
Apuljacks met all dates and the update on the EBL 225 unit for lithium is working well 10 out of 10
The only place I could get the part I required. Brilliant.
We had a great service from the company. The price for the work was good and the turn around was excellent so will have no problems in using their service in the future.
Fantastic service from Apuljack. I had a faulty PCB on my motorhome fridge freezer (Dometic). On fault finding and telling me they could repair it, they also advised I probably needed a new igniter unit (BCD) before plugging the board back in. I took their advice and I am pleased to say my fridge freezer is now very happy, as am I.
Exceptional help from all members of staff when we had a problem with the control panel on our Swift Bolero 680FB. I spent most of last year and this year trying to get help with a problem that no motorhome dealers seemed able, or willing, to fix. I was repeatedly told that a 2007 model was too old for us to replace the panel and at £90 per hour to tell me this was no joke. Last week I accidentally came across Apuljack Electronics Ltd.
I could have sent the original panel back for repair (NE183-M8 Nordelettronica) but on the advice of a member of staff ordered a new one Apuljack make (AE183-M8) which was much cheaper, fitted exactly and does the job wonderfully. It is better in every aspect than the original - much clearer and with far more information.
I cannot thank this company enough for solving the problem we had and was making us feel hesitant to go away.
I was sent a faulty caravan control unit. I know this because the unit it was replacing still displays all information correctly (apart from an occasional screen flicker).
From the moment I reported the issue, the process became unnecessarily difficult. While Applejack were initially helpful, they repeatedly implied the fault was due to something I had done, rather than accepting that the unit supplied may be defective.
After weeks of back and forth, I was finally allowed to return the unit. I have now been informed that they intend to deduct 15% from my refund on the basis that the unit is “functional.”
If the unit is functional, can Applejack explain:
• Why does it display an external temperature of 220°C, while my original unit shows the correct normal temperature?
• Why does it fail to display the water level, while the original unit shows the correct reading?
The answer is obvious: the unit supplied is faulty.
Deducting 15% from my refund under these circumstances is unacceptable. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (now covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations), goods must be as described and fit for purpose. A faulty unit does not meet that standard.
Judging by other reviews here, I am clearly not the only customer to experience this treatment. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Sent panel for repair. Came back with faults that were not there previously.
Sent back to rectify the issues, some fixed, more found. Of course not their fault.
'it must be the electrical system that connects to the panel that's faulty'
Even though that was working before the panel was sent.!!
The communication from the company was none existant . Constantly having to email and phone for updates. Poor quality control if they can send back the panel with the faults they did.
Very expensive for the poor experience suffered.
I feel totally let down.
But of course it's the system that connects to the panel that's faulty... Easy cop out.!

Excellent service from start to finish.
Nordelettronica Control Panel not working. Apuljack quickly rectified the problem and kept in touch with us to keep us informed. We would strongly recommend this company. We found them to be friendly and very professional. Many thanks.

We had an EM40 fuse panel in our van that had a burnt connector on the back. Apuljack make an improved panel that is a DIY fit, however I did not have the confidence to carry out the change. I asked Apuljack if they would supply and fit a panel. This work was carried out in a quick and professional manner at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Apuljack Electronics.

Bought a autotrail Control board (£350 approx) and have had nothing but trouble with it, sent it back for inspection to be told nothing wrong with it and charged £90 for the privilege, my van was checked over by auto electrician before he installed the allegedly better unit and again since with no faults found, received unit back and guess what still the same problems I was lied to over dispatching unit back to me and when I pointed this out they just stopped all correspondence, they also told me it was dismantled for inspection which was also a lie.
Unit over charging engine battery.
Apuljack refused to admit thier unit could be at fault.
Would not give full refund.
Would never recommend.

Shout out to Apuljack Electronics - highly recommended
Our Dometic fridge freezer wasn’t working on gas or electric. Sent a few emails to Apuljack with questions which they answered quickly. Sent the circuit board to them to see if it could be repaired, it couldn’t but they offered a new one.
Price was well worth it considering the expense of a new fridge freezer
Try them for anything related to Motorhome electronics - brilliant service

Very helpful on the phone
Not to sure how my units were tested
Only to be told the units have no fault with them
After taking them elsewhere fault found straight away
I find this strange
So I am afraid I won’t be back

Sent my motorhome's EBL99 charger/fuseboard to Apuljack as they offer an upgrade service to my EBL99 to allow modern LiFePo4 (lithium) batteries to be charged correctly. Sent my 14 year old EBL99 to them and it was returned within 5 working days. The upgrade is working faultlessly and I am more than happy with both the upgraded unit and their communications throughout, initally answering some very basic questions I had regarding this service. Top marks Apuljack !
