I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller due to an extremely poor experience regarding product quality and customer service. The entire process was frustrating and unethical

Key Issues:

1. I received Sofa set that was both damaged and defective upon arrival.
2. The return process was arduous, taking two months to complete and receive a refund.
3. I purchased from Amazon and was not informed beforehand that returns were "self-ship" even for bulky furniture like sofa.

The seller demanded I handle the packing myself but refused to reimburse the cost of packing materials and labor.

The customer contact, Mr. Anil, was initially responsive but became unprofessional and unresponsive after the product was returned, ignoring my requests for expense reimbursement.

The seller uses a shipping company that sends only one person for delivery and pickup. This means the customer is required to provide labor (e.g., to lift furniture) or pay additional out-of-pocket charges. The delivery person even suggested this was a deliberate tactic to extract more money from customers.

Conclusion:
If you need to return an item, be prepared for numerous calls, messages, significant hassle, and losing money on packing and labor charges. This seller exhibits poor and unethical service.

Terrible customer experience and bad product quality. I ordered a bar cabinet, there is a huge missaligment on the furniture and they just said "It probably got damaged during the delivery" and "it's not a huge defect".... Never buying again at their shop as they don't care about customers, they just rob you.

At your own risk- ordered dining table on 28th Feb 2022 .. got it completely delivered on 27th Aug 2022 after 100000's calls/text/ whatsapp messages. I was asked to transfer complete payment in bank account which I did on 28th Feb. When I received the order in July it was not upto mark- poorly made/damaged/ wrongly made( which the owner said was a minor defect acc to him and not to any one who saw the chair - back panel was put in front and that was not a minor defect) I clicked pics and shared yet it made no difference. I had no option but to keep the rest and send back the completely defective chair which was finally sent in aug. There is only one number to reach which he picks if he wants or you can keep trying for days and days to receive an answer. I will not recommend this company nor will I ever return as a customer

I have recently bought a bed from Aprodz. The service provided by them was great and amazing. I have never experienced this kind of the best service before. Thanks Aprodz team for their best service.

Loved my whole buying experience ! I had some queries before buying. All of them were answered. When I got satisfied with my queries then I mad my purchase.
I bought a stylish chest of drawers. Which blend well with my bedroom decor. It's become a center of attraction in my bedroom. My purchase is worth the price.

I live in Goa. I first purchased a Sulla TV cabinet through Anil B., manager of Aprodz. I was told to send the amount to a proper Aprodz bank account. The item I received was perfect in every way. LlIt looked like a factory job and was perfectly finished. This was in 2017/18.

In October 2018 I ordered a Peetz bar cabinet with slight changes to the dimensions. I also ordered another, completely made to order, smaller cabinet to hold the fridge, etc.

I made an online payment of Rs. 33,619 and Rs. 25,000 for the two cabinets but the invoice I was sent showed the prices as Rs. 27,140 and Rs.18,880 inclusive of GST. And this time I was told to send the money to a strange account that was not an Aprodz account. I was promised the items by mid November.

All this did not bother me till the following:
1. Mr. Anil B. went off the grid for all of November. I could not contact him and it was obvious he had not started the job.
2. After many phone calls I received the items in mid-December.
3. The two items I received were shockingly bad:
a) Bad wood, bad material used. The table top wood was cracked and it has now warped.
b) The items were shoddily hand polished. They were supposed to be melamine polished. The insides were not polished.
c) All shutters were misaligned and now they have expanded and do not shut. Which means the wood was not treated at all.
d) The carpentry was extremely shoddy and did not look like it had been done by Aprodz. It looked like a road side, unprofessional job when compared to the Sulla TV cabinet.

The non-Aprodz account number, the price difference and the incredibly bad craftsmanship lead me to believe that this is not a factory product at all but has been done by Mr. Anil B. without the knowledge of Aprodz. And Mr. Anil B. refuses to answer my calls and messages. Will the Owners please Call/Whatsapp me on 9823644671 or 98230895724.

I must say that the dining set is flawless and beautiful. In terms of the quality, simply top notch. What's worth mentioning is that we wanted the cushion fabric to be of different color. All it took was one phone call with Aprodz and the fabric was customized for us with some really good suggestions from them as well. Keep it up!
