Well, I had a rather complex project, that was basically a mixture of two very popular apps…we launched two versions of the App and both the apps were launched on the decided date. We are currently working on a marketing project for the same apps, in-fact just initiated it…have to see results of that.
They push for money, with out delivery. They have terrible communication between their own team and the client. They try to blame the client for delays or convince u they have delivered. They always quote "according to contract" though they have not even followed the contract. 11 month to deliver 60% of a project. Now i shall have to wait and see if they reused the code or sell it to someone else. also they are never on time. almost ever meeting they want to arrange they are late by 1 or 2 hours for teleconference call. and i have 11 months of calls with them
