I just find that their service was quick and efficient. The website easy to navigate and find the products, product descriptions accurate. Would recommend and use again, if fact I will be placing another order after writing this. Try them I dont think you will be dissapointed.

I used appliance planet this month and they were fantastic. Not only did they arrive punctual and left me a message to let me know exactly were they were but also moved my old machine (they did not have to)

They were quick, made sure my washine machine was in correctly and working. It was the cheapest of it's quality I could find anywhere and it has proven to be so good, that my friend and her daughter-in-law have bought the same one. Not only is the Beko WM5140W easy to use but it has a stop, pause button that allows you to finish the wash when you want. The spin can aklso be stopped when you want it to end.

In this day and age, this machine is fantastic, even a hand wash 40 mins is wonderful, gets all the clothes clean and can be quickened if desired. I am now getting my mum the same machine.

Only purchased small item, a ducting kit for extractor but service was excellent. Information about the product was very helpful as most other sites provided no information on size needed for a particular type of extractor. Item received within 48 hours of ordering so in every respect first class service.

I bought an activated carbon filter for our Neff extraction hood.
They are typically twice the price I paid at Appliance planet.
It arrived very well packaged and was in perfect condition - previously I had bought one elsewhere and it arrived with plastic lugs broken off!.
Happy to use Appliance Planet again, as appropriate.

Much better price than anywhere else. I chose what we wanted and then looked around for the best price. The order arrived within 2 days despite being over the Christmas/New Year period. I would definitely use Appliance Planet again.

I have never bought from Appliance Planet,but I needed to replace my Neff combination microwave.I used a price compare web site and Appliance Planet was by far the best price.I made a quick phone call to Matt in their sales,he answered all my questions took my details and my order was taken care of.I received an email to confirm my delivery and it arrived and is now in place and being used. Bought a Rangemaster Professional Plus 100 Cooker - best price I could find anywhere & some £300 cheaper than the usual suspects (Currys, Comet etc). In addition, there were no delivery charges, there weren't any "hidden extras" & they didn't pester me with extended warranty deals. Customer service was excellent - they kept me fully informed by email & phone about all aspects of the delivery process & everything they promised was 100% accurate. I cannot recommend this Company high enough & I would definitely use them again for furture purchases.

Have been looking for this product at a reasonable price for well over a year. Appliance Planet's price turned out significantly lower than anywhere else.

After ordering during the Christmas break they phoned me on 28 December to give a choice of delivery dates. Delivery was easy to arrange, and on the day the driver phoned in advance to say - very accurately - when they expected to arrive. The friendly team of two carefully unpacked the oven and removed unwanted packaging.

The only minor shortcoming was the lack of any sort of paperwork, so the only record I have is the email acknowledgement sent at the time of ordering. This might become a problem if ever I need to make a claim under guarantee.

I had ordered a microwave from Argos and they had let me down so I ordered from Appliance Planet. The microwave I found was a better spec than the Argos one and at a really good price. I ordered on the 3rd and received my order on the 4th. The extra £5 for next day delivery was definitely worth it and much cheaper than elsewhere. The microwave was delivered very well packaged so there was very little chance of it being damaged during delivery. I would use Appliance Planet again without hesitation.

Mine was an inexpensive item but bulky - a washing machine / tumble drier stacking kit with pull out shelf by Bosch. I found AP via Google as the suppliers with the cheapest price by far. A friendly voice of a real person in Customer Services meant no online form-filling. The item arrived within 2 days (before the drier supplied by a different firm) so all in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely return.

Ordered a Siemens dishwasher 3 days before Christmas after searching the web for days to guarantee delivery before Xmas. Appliance Planet were not only able to meet our delivery requirements but also provided the best price I'd found.
Customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful with order.
Delivery guys were on time and friendly.
Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Excellent price, excellent service. Delivered and installed exactly when promised, old machine removed and disposed of. I was kept informed by very helpful staff throughout the process and as a result of my experience I subsequently ordered a matching AEG Washing Machine from Appliance Planet.
In a few months I will be replacing my (AEG again) built in oven and I will certainly consider Appliance Planet at the top of my list of likely suppliers.

Very competetive prices coupled with a professional and efficient service

I was let down at the last minute by Comet, 2 weeks before Christmas with the prospect of no fridge!
I found Appliance Planet in desparation, and placed an order online, with some nervousness as I had never used them before.
In practice they were excellent. When I called I could talk to knowledgeable people, who were courteous and actually did what they said they would do!
The fridge arrived on time, just before Christmas.
I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will certainly use them again.....

I was a little unsure about purchasing from Appliance Planet, partly because the price was so good. I was worried that delivery would take ages or not even arrive, but I was wrong.
Appliance Planet deliverered a De Dietrich induction hob in a couple of days at a price far better than anyone else I could find.
They also responded to any emails quickly, sending me an email copy of my invoice within hours.

All in all a great internet shopping experience.

I'd tried everywhere to find a 500mm wide cooker hood/extractor. Finally stumbled across applianceplanet by changing my search terms (so you've got Google to thank for my order!)

although I've always been reticent about ordering appliances from internet companies, i thought i'd give them a call.

Firstly, it's an actual geographical phone number, not an 0844/0870 cash-generator so that was a good start. The person I spoke to was knowledgable, advised that I was ordering the wrong kind of filters for the extractor, advised me of the correct ones which were more expensive. He then knocked off the difference and processed the order. Great service.

Then the item was delivered the following day, and I'd installed it before the money had gone out of my account!

As it all works, I can't comment on returns/after-sales performance but for customer service, non-0870 phone number, price & speed of delivery I'll give applianceplanet top makrs.

Took me a while to settle for an appliance (De Dietrich induction hob). Even though I have a discount card (more than 10%) with one of the big department stores, Appliance planet were still cheaper. Took the gamble, they confirmed on the same day, appliance was sitting delivered to me within 2 days.

Quite easy to knock internet stores, but if they deliver this level of service, professionalism and price, why not use them. For me Appliance Planet will now be my default store unless they don't have the product.

Had a slight initial problem in that i didn't receive any confirmation email about my order but as I check most on my phone, it probably went into junk mail and I missed it. A quick phone call with a friendly, efficient adviser resulted in a duplicate. I found my tumble dryer was out of stock for a week or so but wasn't a major problem. Delivery was excellent. Phone call on morning to give me an expected time, followed by a call an hour before hand to check I was in. Delivery men very helpful and efficient. Unpacked item and took rubbish away. Will definitely use again.
