APJ have been dealing with my claim for quite a lengthy period of time (which I was well aware of) but finally got all of my settlement. They kept me informed all through the process. Very thankful to them.

A better result than expected
I responded to an advert relating to missold SSIP and ended up dealing with APJ. They talked me through the process and what action they would take. I liked the fact that they stated a realistic timeframe to resolve the issue, so I did not get overconfident in getting my money back. During the long process they kept me updated on the correspondence engaged in. When the settlement was finally made it was more than I expected which made paying the fees/commission more palatable. Yes, I could have gone through the claim on my own, but to be honest, I lacked the skill, inclination and patience to see the whole thing through. The icing on the cake. After a year I had a call from APJ advising me that further compensation was due. I was paid this within the month. Absolutely fantastic service and result. Hopefully I will never have cause to consult solicitors again, yet if I did, APJ would be the first I would call.

APJ Solicitors - A great companu
APJ Solicitors have been dealing with my mis-sold pension and compensation claim for several years now, they have always acted in a very professional manner and I have received a great outcome from the case as they continued until all avenues for claims had been exhausted and I received a very large portion of what I lost back.

Be wary of spam contacts
Having received a cold call from this firm, I requested that they remove my details from their systems and not to contact me, but they ignored the request and sent a spam email. Not a very professional way for a solicitors form to act. They appear not to have heard of, or follow the GDPR rules.

Cant fault APJ …
I can not fault APJ in helping me achieve compensation, they kept me updated constantly throughout the whole process.
Even though the process was a long and lengthy one I always had faith that they were doing all they could for me, and that a positive outcome was always their goal.

APJ Solicitors were amazing
APJ Solicitors were amazing with my claim for my pension. The process was very lengthy which resulted in a pay out from the pension company that went into administration. They then continued to fight my case against the SIP company, resulting in a final pay out 3 years later from the fsca. They persisted with my claim and constantly kept me updated with emails. Very successful result with them claiming back all of my pension money. Thank you very much for your persistence and time.

Always kept me informed from the…
Always kept me informed from the beginning, even though it was a long process and at times I wasn't sure I'd get anything back, they carried on pursuing the claim, I personally wouldn't have known where to start in pursuing my claim, so they were worth every penny in what they charged and I was more than happy with the amounts I got back.

After 4 years APJ settled my claim
After 4 years APJ settled my claim, however their fee’s were more than I received, then there was Vat and the £5600 ATE, plus charging me to transfer the money, I ended up with less than a quarter of my total FSCS award. To sum up and because of this lot, I’m £20k out of pocket.
They say they are working for their clients but actually it’s all about getting as much money as possible for the law firms partners
