The negative reviews on this company are definitely justified, they are unprofessional and if there is any trouble with your product they wont respond to your emails.

Washing Machine Motor already used
I recently purchased a washing machine motor from apart4u, when it arrived i realised i had ordered the wrong item for my machine. I called apart4u and i agreed to post it back and get a refund less cost of postage. A week later i recieved an email stating that i had used the motor and that i was not going to get a refund. I had not used the motor and when i think about it the motor did not arrive in any manufacturer packaging which suggests the motor was a return and had already been used. My advice is to check that the motor is brand new before doing anything or better still avoid this lot.
