⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My household goods were picked up on March 12, 2026. Today is July 8, 2026 — almost FOUR MONTHS later — and my shipment has still not been delivered. Worse, I cannot even get a straight answer on where my items currently are.

Here is the pattern you should know about before you pay them:

BEFORE payment: Their sales team (I dealt with Asha Iyer) is responsive, professional, and proactive. Calls returned promptly, everything sounds smooth.

AFTER they take your money and your belongings: The proactiveness disappears completely. I have had to chase every single update myself. Their Customer Service Manager, Vasudha, has repeatedly given me commitments that were not kept — most recently confirming in writing that their US coordination partner (Universal Relocation) would call me on a specific day. No call came. This has happened multiple times in a single week. And they only ever reply when chased — not once in four months have they proactively reached out with an update.

Their US-side coordination is equally poor — no tracking, no ownership, no follow-up unless I escalate.

I have already filed a formal complaint with CASE. If you value your belongings and your sanity, do not be fooled by the polished sales process. Once they have your goods, you have no leverage and they know it.

I recently moved to Turkey with APAC Relocation, and it turned out to be one of the best relocation experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their team was professional, transparent, and extremely well-organized. Every step of the process — from quotation to delivery — was handled with care and clear communication.

My shipment arrived earlier than expected, and all of my items were delivered in perfect condition. I had a few fragile pieces, including a large OLED TV and glass decor, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the packing. The team used secure wooden crating and extra padding exactly as promised, ensuring nothing was damaged or even scratched.

I also chose to purchase their recommended insurance through Inter Trans Insurance, and that process was smooth and reassuring. They explained everything upfront and provided all the necessary documentation right away. Thankfully, I didn’t have to make a claim, but it gave me peace of mind throughout the move knowing my belongings were covered.

The movers themselves were polite, hardworking, and efficient — they handled every item as if it were their own. Even my heavy furniture was reassembled perfectly at the destination, with no missing screws or misalignment. I really appreciated how they took the time to check everything after unpacking to make sure I was satisfied.

What stood out most was their communication. The APAC Relocation team regularly updated me on my shipment’s status, answered all my questions quickly, and followed up after delivery to ensure everything went well. That level of professionalism is rare these days.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. APAC Relocation turned what could have been a stressful international move into something smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend them to anyone planning a relocation , they truly deliver on their promises and take excellent care of their customers

⚠️ Avoid APAC Relocation – Damaged Shipment, Zero Accountability

I had one of the worst relocation experiences with APAC Relocation. My shipment took almost four months to arrive, and when it did, many of my items were damaged.
My OLED TV, for which I even paid extra for a “secure wooden box,” arrived completely broken — as if it had been opened, used for months, and then thrown on the ground. Replacing it would cost me almost as much as the total shipping charges.
APAC Relocation also pushed me to buy insurance from Inter Trans Insurance, their recommended partner. I received an insurance certificate with full valuation, but when I tried to file a claim, Inter Trans Insurance refused to process it, demanding vague “valuation documents” with no clarity or proper instructions. It honestly feels like both companies are running a coordinated scam.
The TV console, IKEA hanging unit, and several other items were also mishandled — for example, the console was placed directly on the floor without its legs, which damaged my marble flooring.
It’s shocking how unprofessional and unethical both APAC Relocation and Inter Trans Insurance have been. They take no responsibility and show no basic courtesy in communication.
APAC Relocation should not be allowed to operate given their complete lack of ethics. Avoid this company unless you’re ready to lose your belongings, money, and peace of mind.
