Non existent customer service

The products are probably nice, but it's impossible to get in touch with customer service. My package got lost in transit and I wanted help with a refund or replacement, but I got no reply. Just silence. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging them, but their support is non-existent.

If you really want the products, buy them from a reseller. Stay away from their official US site. The best outcome would, of course, be if they actually helped their customers.
