Very poor communication Very slow to respond Pretty shoddy for a pension provider where all I was looking for was a pension valuation.
No support at all, no value at all.
SME here. They absolutely ignore requests for support even when it's the insurance they sold that is requesting the customer to contact the agency. We've been experiencing troubles for more or less 9 months, now. After requesting many times (more or less once every one-two weeks) support, they have simply started ignoring request, even for status update of already open tickets. And this is their behaviour for B2B customers!

Aon pension administration is truly appalling. If you are unfortunate enough to have a pension with them I would suggest you investigate moving it to a pension provider that knows what it is doing.
Avoid at all costs.
This review echoes the experiences of the other reviewers. I ignorantly bought a travel insurance policy from AON Travel Insurance for a Trip to Disney World. We cancelled our trip with Disney as my girlfriend was sick. She was treated over the phone by her doctor before our trip and was diagnosed with her illness from the doctor. I have provided documentation to AON to support all of this. After 3 months of phone tag and demanding management review AON has continued accept the evidence provided even when the doctor and myself have provided everything they asked for. I spoke with an Alex Diaz over the phone who asked for a document, i provided that document while on the phone with him. I asked him to review it and he denied to do so and said he would call me back. I have not received a call back from him. I have opened a Better Business Bureau complain due to the lack of rationality AON is showing. I would not recommend anyone to use this company or buy insurance from them. They will likely deny any claim that, as they state "Is death or COVID: 19". As those cases could likely be easily litigated.

I am processing my retirement benefits. AON keeps creating new problems, but they do not fulfill what they promised in the beginning. I will never advise anybody to use them. Be careful when you deal with them and make sure to get all the information and fees.
Either incompetent or obstructive
Waiting for my pension to start paying out. AON don’t keep their promises and keep raising new obstacles. I would not recommend dealing with this company. If your employer has engaged AON to run your pension scheme, you should speak with the pension trustees, as AON are beyond useless.

No pension since April 2023. Suddenly stopped paying and now nothing!! How the hell are they getting away with this . Appallling service from a very very incompetant company!! Bet their shareholders arent waiting long for their cash payouts! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Traveler's Insurance Is a Scam
My father bought traveler's insurance from this company and it was a complete joke. He ended up with Influenza A and a water-borne illness at the same time while in Israel, so he cut the trip short and came home. He was immediately admitted to the hospital and stayed for days. AON said this was not cause to cancel the trip and that it wasn't covered. No only was my father out the cost of the trip, the extra cost of the flight home and extensive doctor bills, but he also wasted money on false peace of mind. Don't waste your money or time on this company.

Warning!!! Absolute worst insurance company you will ever dealt with. I am still waiting for claim to paid out since November and now it is April. They have on numerous occasions said that they will call me back and never have.

I applied to this place without reading reviews. I had a bad feeling about it, so I decided not to complete the process. However, a representative contacted me to remind me that I hadn't completed the process, so I proceeded.
A few days later, they invited me to an open house. Yesterday, they wrote to inform me that they are going with more "experienced, skilled, and educated" people for an apprenticeship that requires one to be undereducated/on high school level. More "skilled, experienced, and educated" to give such horrible service as listed in the comments? I'm sure I would have improved their customer service rating, but their lack of ethics is going to need an overhaul. In any case, I responded with a message about how laughable their generic message is, and asked them to destroy my information and not to reach out ever again.

This company is the worst insurance company for travelers insurance. First of all they can't read or talk English. They misfile information so they don't want to pay out the claim. They are totally unprofessional I filed a claim and they lost the claim information then they made a new claim number and guess what still cant find the claim. The claim is right there on the screen they just don't want to read the full claim. I really want to give them a Zero for a review. Stay far away from them as possible. They try to wear you down but not me. They gonna give me my money back.
Will I ever receive my pension?
Still waiting after four months for my pension payout despite numerous calls to AON who blame it on the ‘third party’ - who they eventually said was Aviva - not releasing the funds. Not sure that I believe them. Being fobbed off every time. Still working at 65 to make ends meet. How do they get away with it? Been waiting a month for an answer to my email. Feel I’m banging my head against a brick wall. Really concerned about the other comments on this page - it’s not hopeful.

Shame we have to give it a star. Completely incompetent! Been pushing us from pillar to post since October about my Father in laws pension. Been told to wait yet another 10 working days! If Your workplace is using this company for your pension get it moved as soon as you can from these cowboys!
