Snail pace support
I have paid subscription.
Ran into a small issue and contacted support for resolution.
They apparently have one question & answer per day policy so the issue that I have has taken over a week and is still ongoing.
Their support is almost none existent so if you're lucky enough to not ruin into any issues than their price might be enticing but be prepared to endure snail pace support feedback if you urn into issue.
My issue was not being able to join workstations to my account no matter what I try.
Giving 2 stars for them at least answering 1 a day.
Guess you get what you pay for.

On rare occasions, the mouse stops responding. I have to close the remote session and reopen it. But it works after that.
