Quick connection, but with a slight drawback

We recently switched to Anyviewer from another remote access software. I find Anyviewer to be easier to access the site, however I do find that the remote PC screen is a bit smaller, making text that is normally reasonably easy to read much harder. If that can be fixed I would really like the software more.

Works well.

Works well.
It is one of the least expensive options available and works just as good as the higher priced remote connect programs. If you can get it on one of their sales, do it!

Loosing the function of independent connection

Good fulllscreen view of remote client. Quick connection. On the go settings (resolution, image quality, speed, etc). What I do not like is not be able to connect automatically in some scenario like when AnyViewer is changing versions, when windows is updating. To recover remote connection I have Anydesk as the contingence which does not have that problem

First Class Customer Support

I faced an issue activating AnyViewer and got in contact with their support. Megan Z replied extremely quickly and provided a perfect resolution.
I consider this an outstanding service, definitely worth 5 stars.

I use it very little

I use it very little, but it's perfect. Easy and practical to access, with very useful features. The free version I use should come with a little more quality, because I'm 'kind of nearsighted'.
