While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

It took me 3 weeks for receiving an item. The store is not placed in Sweden but in China. It is a SCAM!
I want to return it and they offered a gift card or 60% back without returning instructions.
I have been trying to solcve this issue for more than 2 weeks and I do not get any answer back from the support.
As also user wrote and I strongly suport, I regret ohaving taken a chance with Anomi Mode and am very disappointed in their service.

Basically a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't look anything like the images and description (quality is really bad for the price that you pay), asked for a return and refund, was only offered a gift card or partial refund. I have now been trying to find a solution for more than two weeks. Support is now not answering my emails (and is really slow in answering in general). The website is misleading, not just in terms of the products you receive but also in terms of the information on returns. I strongly advise against buying from this platform. Use any other reliable online platform, such as Zalando, Magasin or even non-European platforms such as Temu. I regret having taken a chance with Anomi Mode and am very disappointed in their service.
This shop is most likely a scam. My mastercard was blocked and the reason is that their security protocol reveal this one as a scam boutique
I believe this is a scam website actually from Hong Kong and not from Sweden. The website appeared to be from Sweden with a .se ending and Swedish text. When I made a purchase, it was listed as "SP ANOMI MODE CENTRAL Hong Kong." The shipping took a very long time, which means the product probably came from Hong Kong, not Sweden. When I emailed the company to return the items, they refused to return them or refund my money, even though I followed their return policy exactly. They actually emailed back and forth with me 5 times before stating that they would not accept my return. There is no return address listed anywhere publicly. There is only an address in Sweden that states it is not for returns. I do not have any hope of getting my money back.
