Turns out I've been wearing the wrong cup by 2 sizes!! Was not expecting that. Left the store with 3 beautiful new bras and a huge confidence boost thanks to Emily-Rose. Unclear sizing
Ordered online, website was unclear on sizing only describing them in XS, S, M, etc. However when arrived, on the tags it has number sizing that would’ve been a lot more helpful to see on the website- a M is UK12-14 when on average a M is a UK10.
All of my items were way too big on me and will have to be returned, very disappointing as I was looking forward to wearing my items for my wife, ruined our night. If the sizing was more clear on the website I would have definitely ended up with the right size the first try.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m really sorry this experience felt so disappointing for you, especially when you were looking forward to wearing the items and the sizing didn’t match what you expected. I can understand how frustrating that would feel.
On all of our product pages, we do provide a Size Guide for the product. In the case of products initially described as XS/S/M/etc this guide translates this into UK Dress Size, Bra Cup Size and Band Size.
In some cases (like with bras) this is accomapnied by a video on how to pick the right fit.
We may also show a widget to use Trufit, a 3rd party product that can help with sizing.
We also have Size Charts for all products accessible via search and the footer of every page.
That said, we are actively working on how we can provide more comprehensive and more accessible sizing information on the website and are tsting different solutions as we speak - and I'll share your feedback with the team working on that.

Useless at meeting delivery guarantees
I placed a "click & collect" order to be delivered to one of my local shops.
They advertised 3-5 days (and, as it was their shop they can't say the Royal Mail have lost it).
Five days later and no sign of the order nor any idea when it might show up.
I won't be using this shop any more if they cannot get an in-stock item to their shop in the advertised delivery time.
I cannot review the product as they haven't bothered to send it to me.

Ordered items 2/4/26 and delivery was to take 3 days. Parcel has been with Evri since 3rd April and now, almost 10th April, delivery has still NOT been made. I needed these items for a wedding and will now need to cancel order as they will no longer be needed due to yet another Evri failure. I really don’t know why any company uses Evri as they are so unreliable

Ann summers website crushing
The ann summers website kept on crashing. I tried browsing it using wifi then using my own data it was extremely difficult to scroll through the website i was greatly disaapointed. I ended up just settling for something i wasnt so sure about because i was tired of how the page was crushing. I even tried using my tablet and laptop it was even worse. The mobile phone was better.
