Received color charts so fast!
The color charts arrived quickly in the mail. It's been more than a few years since I've seen the new chalk paint chart. The layout and organization of the colors make sense to me now.
The wall paint colors with tips for where to use satin and flat paints are especially useful.

Customer Service
I don't think that I have ever gotten such a quick turnaround, in receiving a sample order before! Everything was packed well, and they were very nice to have included more than one paint-sample packet. I was able to bend and fold one, to put the color in question, right next to my wall color (that I was trying to match). I left the other sample packet flat and intact, in case I want to give it to a friend. That was very clever of your customer-service dept., to have enclosed two. Thanks!

One of the cans was dented making it…
One of the cans was dented making it difficult to open. I don’t believe it happened during shipping because the box was full of foam peanuts.

Nice For Extra Protection
I used my glossy overcoat on regular paint so far because my chalk paint surfaces are not accessible at the moment. I got this because I didn't want to chance using another brand which may not be compatible with the chalk paint. I can't speak to that yet, but the cabinets I used this on look great. I did have to touch them up because I was a bit wild with my roller and missed some spots.
