This is a great company. I have placed alot of orders with them, and never a problem. Items do come faster then other companies. One of my orders was missing a small piece and I reached out to them, via email, and it was just mailed to me. communication is great. they respond quickly and it's very comforting to know that if there is any issues with your order, you have someone who will actually respond to you and take care of issues. I will definately continue buying from them. Prices are really good as well...

I just ordered another ten or so paintings after I got my first ten. The canvas is of particularly good quality and so are the stones. A good company for me. Hopefully the ten others will come in as well.

I love the colorful pictures. Also, when I contacted customer service about a delay, the responded immediately with a remedy.

I have made at least 4 purchases from Annebuy Diamond kits. The kits are all packed nicely, there are plenty of beads to complete the piece, and the one time I did have an issue I contacted them and they resolved the problem in one day. Customer service seemed to care about their customers !!

Ordered a large order was not delivered said it had a nonreadable label had to pay 5.00 for storage on my package and have not received anything they sent me a email saying they would resend my order but that I need to pay more attention to the logistics so how can I do that when I never received any emails concerning my order I will never order from this company again

They are now very bad and have scammed my mother

I ordered a kit during Covid and I am just now able to start the kit… upon inspection of the beads I saw that a package of the beads were deformed…. Customer service is sending me new beads even though it is out of the warranty period! If you are on the fence about diamond painting…. Because I was…. I thought it was cheesy…. NOPE….. Annebuy has QUALITY kits at affordable price… mine is simply stunning!!! Oh and it’s so calming to do💜💜💜

I had ordered a diamond painting kit and accidentally put in the wrong address. They were able to send me a new kit, just paid for shipping. Very prompt communication. Recommend.

I saw on Facebook a painting I wanted, after paging through the pages I couldn’t find it. I sent CS an email with a screen shot of item. Next morning I had a reply with a link to the item I wanted. Bought it and a couple more. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Ordered a few times and always get what I order. This one time I didn't get the right diamond painting I ordered but their customer service were quick to reply and no fuss to resend the correct one. Wow really appreciate good service

The nicest people by far‼️ I was Speaking to Merry with my current large order, she was and is Super Helpfull. Always answer and always help with any questions. Thank you Merry. I purchased 2 kits. The drills were mostly well formed with very few bad ones. The other kit did have a cut in it. However, the company looked at the photos and my replacement kit should arrive soon. I am happy with my kits and the customer service.

Just placed my 3rd order with Annebuy. Love their selection and all great quality. Shipping does take approximately 5 weeks. But ordered at a busy time. Definitely worth the wait.

I am very disappointed with annebuy as they had said my diamond painting would arrive on the 22 of December for Christmas but still dint get it . That is why i ordered it for a Christmas Gift ... Not goping to order from them anymore :(

This company is awesome never ordered from annebuy before I will continue ordering from here I didn't know how to setup PayPal account and she sent me a link I had a stroke so my short term memory is bad!

The dot paintings I have purchased are really lovely, and the service I have received was very prompt and super helpful. Will definitely order from ANNEBUY again.

I order from Anne Buy for the first time. I received my order in a timely matter. T he quality was excellent. I was able to see the symbols with no problems. The quality of their Diamond Paintings were just as good as the top company. I will order again when I need to order again.

I've ordered several times from Annebuy and am never disappointed! The kits are high quality and always have plenty of beads. Their customer service is outstanding! In my last order, I couldn't find one of the bags and thought I did not receive it. I emailed them and received a reply in a timely manner. I did find the bag and let them know. They were very happy and so was I. I will be ordering often!

I have ordered from annebuy 3 times in the past 2 months. I have found the paintings and drills to be of good quality and the symbols on the paintings are clear. The prices and the sizes of the paintings are excellent. I will continue to buy from them.
