I bought a nice bracelet in the shop and heard a great story of encouraging local African industry - so I bought matching earrings on line. £25 plus an expensive £4.95 for the tiny packet. The earrings arrived broken - the silver post came out of one earring as I took it off the cardboard backing. Even more infuriating is that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone number to contact. I have tried two of their email addresses. NOTHING. I read on their website other people have experienced same problem with earrings. My interview on their website was refused although it was factual! Reviews here say that like me we cannot get the owner to contact them or refund money. One person says they sent back their damaged earrings and still heard nothing! So obviously I either superglue the earrings and risk skin irritation or throw away my money.
After the above review I finally got a reply through Trust Pilot from Ankole saying they were replacing the item -but weeks after I still have received nothing. They are saying Royal Mail haven’t delivered but Royal Mail say they are awaiting the parcel. My emails asking for a refund again were unanswered. Finally after 2 months I got a message to say I would get a refund. But I am still out of pocket £4.95 for the postage. So not a full refund. Small businesses only grow if they treat customers fairly.

I ordered some coasters. They arrived pretty quickly and well packed..
Sadly two were warped and couldn’t be used.
Spent a three weeks trying to email customer service. But no reply.
It’s a shame, the good ones were good and the concept is sound. The service much, much less so.
I purchased a set of 3 bracelets in march this year ,unfortunately the bracelets were the wrong colour and size which was my error in ordering.
Contacted company with a fairly swift reply to say send them back and they will exchange for the correct bracelets .
Bracelets were sent back to the advised address. This is when the poor customer service starts!4 months later and 4 points of contact and still no replacement bracelets...one email response that they will look into it as they had been sent out but no further contact and no response to subsequent emails .
No phone number provided to discuss and frustrating a loss of money ! I would avoid this company ..

2nd goods received and pleased with the colour now as picture online although had to reorder and pay again.
Sent back goods tracked 24 hour and arrived to the sellers safe place Saturday .
Still haven't heard back from seller regarding receipt of returned goods and emailed sat and mon and again this morning. Still waiting on the refund of original goods ordered.

Purchased a pair of XL horns as a gift for my partner ended up taking them with me when we broke up because they’re so beautiful! I get so many comments on them from people when they see them. The staff were really helpful when considering which size and colour to go for, I look forward to visiting the newly opened shop to browse the full collection in person!
An interesting eco friendly company with beautiful products. Knowledgeable and friendly staff either online, in the shop or on the show circuit. Online order arrived well packaged and ahead of time. Highly recommend!
