They were absolutely fantastic from…
They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Been with them for a few years and had to make a claim. The whole process was really easy and they kept me advised the whole time. Would highly recommend and they paid out in a couple of days when you have to pay vets in advance.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, wouldn’t insure my dogs with anyone else. 24/7 help, so reassuring to be able to reach out when your pet is poorly which normally happens at a weekend when your own vet isn’t open.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service, we payed out the full billing amount for our dogs operation which was back in our account within one week. Apart from the payment the vetinary center and Animal friends did the rest.
Very easy process.

Mostly very good
The way they operate is highly efficient, vet only claims portal ✅, swift assesment of claims ✅, swift settlement of approved claims ✅, friendly knowledgeable staff on the phone ✅
4 stars rather than 5 because with any insurance company the increases of premium year on year is rather steep ❎
So much so it'll probably be less expensive to pay the bill myself shortly and cancel the policy
