Tomasz came today to replace a damaged window seal under warranty. He arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and professional, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently.
It was a really straightforward and positive experience from start to finish. Very pleased with the service and especially with Tomasz — thank you!

Please be very careful if thinking of dealing with this company. I raised a CEO complaint last week after 18 months of trying to get a reasonable quote. Their Customer Services Team immediately posted a response saying they would deal with the matter urgently. Guess what - no response again and now almost 2 months from raising the original CEO complaint with no contact whatsoever. From the reviews it looks like they might be OK if you have a trouble free experience with one of their teams but many teams are not good quality and if anything at all goers wrong then they have no interest in providing any acceptable level of customer experience. They haven't even provided a Letter of Deadlock so we can take the matter to the regulator, despite several requests. Please be very careful

Anglian improvements were very professional and efficient with the installation of my patio doors and the doors are of good quality.
Anglian are perhaps more expensive than some but i think they are worth it.

Visited to provide a quote (the first company contacted) for some replacement windows. Disappointed to find that after a while the old sales techniques I thought had gone out decades ago. Initially quote £11k upon questioning a bit the following discounts were applied 1. you don't want your old windows do you? (does anybody?) Anglia get a recycling discount and can pass some of that in to you. 2 The prices are due to go up next week, but I can offer at the price before that increase if you order before then 3. A technical code discount if I can manage to put it through the system whilst logged in here with you 4, maybe a flexi installation (I will have to call my manager- and the salesperson does and of course the manager agrees another `code` to reduce the price further.
The crux was, you had to commit and pay something today.
That price had miraculously become around £8k.
I indicated that A) This was the first company we had a quote from and there was no intention of signing up today. Also pointed out that these sales techniques were predictable 15 years ago and I was surprised they were still being used. I was rather annoyed and left the room briefly. I told him that was it I, end of the discussion from me. However whilst I was gone he offered my a further £400 discount.
Shoddy, shoddy practices.
So if your persistent you were always going to get the lowest quote. I told the guy straight that I was never going to sign up with the first company to give me a quote. I do not care how good the product is. This sales techniques is one not worthy of a quality company.
It brings the industry in to disrepute in my opinion That sales techniques means I will not use this company as if that is how they sell, how reliable is the product and fitting. It should be sold on its merits not on these tired old sales techniques. I am surprised they are using them, but there must be mugs out there falling for them. DONT.

This is once again a minus 100 review. We have been waiting since November 2025 for a replacement roof panel for our conservatory. Numerous panels have been made and attempted to fit only to be found wrongly made or damaged. How do they get as far as this before someone taking responsibility. This is the most appalling service, if I can call it that, from any company we have had dealings with. The last contact was over 3 weeks ago when we were told someone was checking the new panel ready for fixing and guess what we have heard nothing since. No message from the CEO who really should be looking into this himself instead of passing the buck to colleagues who don’t even bother to call us.
I would suggest you have no dealings with this company as I have been reading other complaints and it seems we are not the only ones to have problems. You are very quick to acknowledge someone who is happy with your work while the rest of us just get ignored. Yes you say you have reached out to us for further details but even after sending this we are still nearly a year waiting for a resolution. Service Quality and Product what a joke. How your company keeps in business is beyond a joke to us
Hopefully!! We will get the new window before the winter arrives or maybe Father Christmas will bring one, that seems to be the only solution so far.

The whole experience was really easy. The inquiry I made was dealt with the same day. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. We only had a small issue, I was told by the surveyor that the door I chose was too big. When the installer came, he brought the door I originally ordered. He was really friendly and cleaned up afterwards. We are really pleased with the door and would recommend Anglian to anyone who asks where we got our door.

Installers five stars, polite, helpful and considerate but the people who made the window sill used the wrong measurements.

Absolutely shocking service, left an elderly person with a door that doesn't lock and anyone can open it from the outside when it's not supposed to for over a month and when we have spoken to them they are not willing to refund any money and rectify the problem swiftly - absolutely awful and avoid completely!

Reply from Anglian Home Improvements - Windows, Doors & More
Surveyor got the measurements wrong, the fitter took the window out prematurely. The communication was non existent, weeks for replacing AND not a shred of good will. Expensive, horrendous customer service. DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!

So so pleased with my conservatory. Anglian saw to everything. There was a bit of delay on starting it because of the weather. However once they started they certainly worked hard. Special thanks to Paul, Ewan, Mike and Fran who worked in the hottest heatwave ever. Also thanks to the other tradesmen who came and did excellent work also Nick who kept me informed the whole way through. Delighted with it.

I arranged a home visit for a quote: front door, patio door and possibly a porch. I advised prior that i was not buying and that i needed a single and multiple quotations for the above products so i knew what prices were which and how i may go forwards if i was to purchase in the future.
I know what i want, style, colour etc - however the visitor/ hard sales kid decided to stay at my house for 2.5 HOURS. I asked for a quote multiple times throughout the visit which i was only given after about 2+hrs in, i explained i have worked in sales for 10+ years.. yet there was 0 active listening happening. I was also a victim to repetitive sales pitches - even when i said i didn't need to hear any of it. I was then conatantly hounded to pay today *another sales pitch* followed by about 5 more sales pitches.
Prices went from 13,000 - 10,000 - 6,000. Do i need to explain why this is wrong...? I was only given quotes after HOURS after asking for them. The boy didnt take a hint to leave my house, even after me repeating that i wanted to think (to be polite, expecting him to leave my house) after the 6k offer... luckily i felt bad for him and i wasn't rude, but looking back i should have been. I started to cook my lunch and he eventually understood i was getting so irritated that i had left the room.
Based on this 1 encounter with Anglican door sales i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, ever. Awful experience.
I got a quote via email, with 0 breakdowns, 0 multiple quotes, 0 transparency = 0 sale. Simple.
